If it wasn’t for the freshness of the food this place would DEFINITELY have received just 1 puny star. Though I came in late night, around 12am, that is expected for Taco Bell… Especially on a weekend. When we received our order it was completely wrong. Things we didn’t even order were in our bag, ok it happens I get it. But once we went back around to have them fix the wrong items we noticed that we got all the way home and our order was still completely wrong!!! Definitely will not be visiting this Taco Bell — much better service at the Ronkonkoma location, and so worth the extra 5 minutes it will take me to get there.

Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve eaten at, I always go to Taco Bell when I have a late night craving, and I use to go to the one in Commack. This night I was tired of waiting on line at their drive thru so I opted to go to this location even it a longer drive for me, and I have made the right decision, there was just one car ahead of me unlike the 10 at the Commack location.
I ordered the steak XXL stuff burrito and chicken chalupa, there are plenty of steak in my burrito down to the last bite, good amount of guacamole, as well as rice and beans, the flavor is fresh and amazing at the same time, the steak is hot and tasted fresh as if it was right off the grille unlike other places.
Chicken chalupa has plenty of cheese, lettuce and tomato also, am not a big chicken fan but this is good compared to what I had before.
This will be my go to spot from now on, good bye Commack Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is the reason that I am on Unilocal,honestly. I want Taco Bell to know how I appreciate them but also how I don’t like some of the things they do I have issues with.
PROS: Food is acceptable, employees often say things like «hello how are you» and «have a good evening», good place to sit down with friends and enjoy some delicious tacos and burritos.
CONS: The drive thru curb is a little tight and its hard to drive in that area, because my car barely fits through it, but I still make it because I am a great driver honestly. Sometimes the employees don’t look at me in the eye and answer my questions directly. I asked «is everything in there?» and the guy mumbles something. I don’t know. That’s not polite. The food is actually not good for you at all, but that’s not news. You should have known that before reading this review.
Anyway, good food, good people, good times. Peace.

Slowest drive-thru service. Unbelievable how terrible they are at speed in that place I am just appalled every time I go. It doesn’t get any better. There is no «good timing» with this specific location. I have given this place three chances before I gave a review on here, and I can now say there is no doubt in my mind that this is the worst drive-thru I’ve been to in years. New building, but you’ll be waiting for at least 10 – 12 minutes for your whole order to be processed from start to finish. That to me is unacceptable and ridiculous. Never again with this location. You’ve been warned.

OK, so after a total tear-down and rebuild– I have very few complaints about this Taco Bell. Service is pretty good, albeit not perfect, and the store borders on immaculate. If there’s anything wrong, it’s that I can’t connect to the in-store WiFi– the Optimum Wifi service, not connected to the store, is hit-and-miss. Other than that… welcome back, Taco Bell.

New building same crappy service. I know it’s Taco Bell but still I just want to go home with what I ordered! Every time I go there something happens.
I tried going inside to see the new store and what I got was confusion where to order and an employee that could barely speak taking the orders. What is the management there thinking? Again I know it’s Taco Bell but there are good people out there that can do a great job for the wages these fast food places pay. My wife brought a drive through order home tonight and of course it’s wrong!!!
Yeah we should have checked it before we left the drive but gave it a shot. I wonder how much that new building cost? They should spend some money on hiring competent employees. I would by a taco from a great employee serving them out of a card board box if it was good service!!! Strike 2.
Work out the kinks Taco Bell.

I love taco bell! So sad this one is closed, hopefully it will be back soon. Their service was pretty good, only a few mistakes with wrong food. And they always kept it super cold in there.

This taco bell is disgustingly filthy inside. Half the chairs are broken. Staff is unfriendly and service is slow. Too bad I like the taste of taco bell…

My answer to the late night munchies when I’m craving junk food. Gotta love Taco Bell. At this time of night, they definitely serve the freshest food in comparison to say. KFC or McDonald’s. the drive through fills up. Nothing you can do about that. But they do serve you fast. They’re always friendly and smiling which is kinda rare at say… 3am. I always get beef chalupas, so good. Definitely think Taco Bell is on top when it comes to the late night fast food genre.

Probably one of the fastest Taco Bells that have been to. The food is almost always great with only few exceptions. The service is fast and friendly too. The girl Nikki that works there is always the best.
