The food here is standard DQ but, Jesse at the front counter is a stellar example of genuine customer service! Nice job!

They are close at 9:30. No where is it posted outside the front lobby door. All the lights are on and the order board appears active. Very upsetting and deceptive

Very poor management. Manager was annoyed that I asked where was my order (one cone) after waiting 20 mins.

Clean and new and the staff is fast and friendly. You really can’t beat those $ 5 buck lunches, who else gives you desert and a meal for that price?

Friendly staff, clean restaurant! Nice place to come for an ice cream treat. Kids get a free treat with a kids meal. New establishment in central point.

When they first opened, I was very impressed. The orders were correct, staff was very friendly, food was good. However, the last 2 times my order has been incorrect. The first time I called to let them know and they didn’t seem too concerned. Today was the 2^nd time they got it incorrect. We went through the drive thru and when we got to the window the Manager (was working the window), was laughing and said the boys that were working were joking around with each other. I don’t have a problem with that but when we got home and found our order messed up, I called the Manager. She never said she was sorry. She asked if I could bring the hot dogs back that they didn’t put any condiments on. I said no, I was home. I didn’t ask for them to replace my order or anything and she didn’t offer anything for the inconveniences on 2 trips (even after I told her I called the first time also). After asking me to bring it back the only thing she said was that, «They’re trying their little hearts out.» Not impressed.

Got a very sad and very none hot fudge sundae. Melted coming out of the drive thru window with just a little squirt of hot fudge. Took it back inside and waited for some time to get another sad story about being busy and story about ice cream machine. Wow if you can’t serve it right then don’t serve it all all.

New and clean! Getting the order you wanted is tough! Make sure you check it before you drive away…
