The food court fixed into three separate lines that you can get into at your own leisure and choice. While the pickup area is still a little bit messy, at least they do have the $ 1 large sweet tea still.

When I was here about a week ago, I was surprised — super surprised — to see just how fast my order came out. I ordered a medium fry and a soft drink, and well before I was given my change, out comes my order. I’m still puzzled at how they could have done that as fast as they did. I wasn’t wanting too much, but I got my food faster than any other McDonalds establishment I’ve visited in more than 15 years. No, they have no waiter service, but when you are in the food court of a major outlet mall, they didn’t really need one at all — and then again, this is McDonalds. A definite recommendation from me! Superb!

I’m not ever really sure why I come here. It’s overcrowded, understaffed, & the service is unprofessional & painfully slow. Maybe because it’s just«easier» than battling the lines to the smaller food court establishments? So I reluctantly wait in line for my overpriced nuggets & fries. I elbow my way through the hungry crowd to get a handful of napkins and, if I’m lucky, a straw. I spend 20 minutes finding a table. And then, after all that, I only ever feel shame — never satisfaction.

Good luck getting your order quickly(aka less than 10 minutes), and you will need EVENMORE luck getting the right order. Getting condiments with your order will be a miracle. BUT they are always busy and the staff are pretty upbeat and friendly given the circumstances. They made our chocolate shake very quickly and even included extra whipped cream and a super-sweet cherry wannabe. It’s a fast food chain at the Woodbury food court, so high prices and mixed-up orders are to be expected. You go there to shop, not dine in a gourmet establishment.

It’s a typical McDonalds on many levels. The food is the same. The quality and management and service is the same. They have a smile on their face. Everyone queques up the same… But they nickle and dime you just a little bit. For example, the happy meal milk was an extra dollar. They share the same common seating area as the rest of the food court. Please be courteous and throw out your own garbage. The McDonald’s staff were not so quick to do a once about outside their kiosk.
