I had a similar experience to Jack J in the «not recommended» reviews section. Called for a quote. I think we met at the site on a Saturday. Joe, the brother, came out. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Supplied us with sample colors, and a verbal quote on the spot. We asked for a written quote via email and he related that wouldn’t be a problem. Left the estimate looking forward to doing business with them.
That was about a month ago. Since then, I have made 5 – 6 phone calls looking for the quote, my messages to Joe went unanswered. I called again, and the lady recognized me, she related she wasn’t sure why I was not getting a return call, and she would have the owner, John call me. Never heard from him either. So we will be going with someone else. Not sure what the deal is. Like Jack said, if they don’t want the business, they should just say so…

Ok this place was chosen by our home warranty to inspect our AC situation. I had a misunderstanding with some of the staff but it was resolved. They determined we needed a new AC, we are awaiting our next appt, and will update this review once we get our new AC installed.
