If our review was based on the customer provided by a gentle man named «Chad» not even sure if that was his name but that is what was on the receipt.
Bad customer service. He does not know the products that he is trying to sell nor is he even able to speak to a customer in a decent tone.
If you want to feel disrespected or talked down to because you are not knowledgeable in GNC products this is your spot.
If you would like to learn more about the products, be spoken to like a person, and be provides with awesome customer service, the GNC at the Cerritos mall is where you should be.

I’m not sure what’s with the bad reviews but maybe they just came in at the wrong time. When I come here the owner always greets me and asks if I have any questions! I usually come here to buy my usual whey protein here and the price is cheap, I recommend people to become a GNC member or get the gold card. This location is great as well but it’s a little small. Come check this place out if you need protein bars, protein shakes, etc, this is mainly the place where I go for protein stuff!

If you walk by and don’t notice that the store is there, then you’re not going to mind that the store no longer exists, which I hope happens eventually. I have to do a double take to even know for sure that this is a General Nutrition Center.
Hoping to cash in the Gold Card Week discount for this month, I was hesitant to enter this store knowing that my previous visits left me leaving the joint with me scratching my head. The staff are not knowledgeable about their products or discounts.
This GNC is smaller, thus less merchandise. Running low on my favorite protein shake Promasil, I was disappointed to hear that they didn’t carry it. But, that’s not the issue. The worker inside didn’t care whether I came in. Didn’t even bother to ask me if I had a question, knowing that I was the sole person in the venue. Didn’t care to recommend me another brand. Didn’t bother that I left. Didn’t even look at me when talking.
HELLO! Are you even working today???
Simply, didn’t care worth shit. You don’t care, I don’t care.
What a waste of time…

I came here twice: once to buy a few things, and once to return the few things I bought the previous day.
After buying the items and going home to research what I had bought, I discovered that the suggestions from the employee were in fact, false.
Two stars for a well-​stocked store with many other reputable brands. This store is a little more expensive than Nutrishop and Nutrition Zone.
