Went here looking for shoes for a wedding. Though I didn’t find specifically what I was looking for, I received excellent service. I ended up buying a pair of heels (for every day wear) and when Eddie, the customer service representative, saw that I tried to sign up for the text 20% discount, he didn’t make me wait until I got a response from Payless. He honored the discount and helped me with accessories to go with my new shoes!

So after my horrible doctors appointment I decided to come buy some new shoes since my feet have grown a full size just from having Lupus! All the cute shoes that I wanted were in the tiny small sizes which is such a tease! Their selection for 9.5 is very limited which didn’t make me feel any better for having big puffy feet now! However their customer service is 4 stars itself! They constantly asked us if we needed help or to check if another store had the shoe in my size! Since I don’t live out there anymore and only go by the customer service out here it was a nice change of pace and refreshing! If only all Payless’ had more selections for bigger sizes! ^_^
