Provided packaging, pallet, and shipped a full queen sized bed (500 lbs. total) from Los Angeles to Denver. All items arrived, as promised, undamaged via FedX Freight.
Sarah was very helpful and considerate. I had recent bad experience elsewhere and was very concerned about the packaging and follow through on this shipment; timing of the arrival was very important. Sara stayed in contact and responded to all my questions with patience.
I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Note: The facility is in a light industrial area (not a corner retail strip-​center) and does not have a polished «retail» lobby but the service will make up for any deficit in decorations. Ring the door bell and they will take care of you.
