Came in to have dinner with my family at 9:20p the girl cleaning told me they close at 10p but that they were closing at 9:30p I’m not to sure why their sign says they close at 10p & she says they close at 10p but they are closing at 9:30p I get it, they wanna leave as soon as they close but if they close at 10p then they need to assist us until 10p Needless to say, we won’t be coming back, the response and the way they handle the situation was horrible and to basically refuse service while still open only because you wanna go home is not right.

I can’t believe this place. Place is a dump. Staff had to verbally tell the cook to make a bean burrito and it still came out like crap. Shame on the franchise for having this place run and look the way it does.

Tina Is Fucking Stupid. Asked soft TACOS she charges for a MexiMelt. Tina, you look greasy and dirty. Please do not place your dirty hands on people’s food. I should have Unilocaled this place before coming. Horrible, horrible experience.

Not a «hello, be right with you» in more than five minutes standing with money in hand. I will avoid this Taco Bell/KFC at all cost in the future.

While the selection is great having a Kentucky Fried Chicken KFC along with a Taco Bell, the people today lacked what I’ve come to expect from other Taco Bell restaurants. Not friendly, no response when I wished them happy new year. Maybe they are worn out from Christmas. I hope they have a better new year!

I don’t know if it’s me or I have really horrible experience with customer service or I just expect to be treated well because I work in customer service. Anyway I ordered a meal deal and she began to prep my burrito without gloves ! When I asked to please put on gloves she asked me again«do you want her to wear gloves«ugh no shit I don’t know where your hands were prior to me standing here. So gross I’ll never return here again!

smothered burritos is $ 2 more than another local Taco Bell. so, if you go here, only the combo is a decent value.

Ummm wtf is all i have to say about this experience. Now let me elaborate. I came here to try the new Cantina Bell menu… huge mistake! These people cant even handle preparing menu items that have been on the menu for years let alone something new. The people at the cash register were really slow and didnt seem to know what they were doing. They kept asking the guys in the back what they should do Then when we finally got our order. Then nobody seemed to know how to use the machines to make the items. They just sort of stared at the machines, glanced at eachother and then stared back at the machines. Well eventually four people started to attempt to make the order. They kept questioning eachother and did not use gloves gross. Shady nasty establishment has a B rathing by the way. When they were finally done 25 mins later and no one else was there it was of course made wrong. One of the basic burritos didn’t even have sauce. I cant believe city of cerritos would allow this dump to be in existence still.

I know any fast food is not the best option for dining, but when you’re on a 30 min break and can’t afford to wait for food to come then this seems to be an alternative choice by default. Why the one star you may ask? Well, they are rude and are busy at peak time(using only one of their registers when they have two). Anyways, I ordered two burritos and they only gave me four packets of fire sauce. I asked for more and the lady said that they only give out two packs per item. wtf? I mean when you step into a taco bell, standing by itself and not with a kfc, they usually have their sauces where you can eat as much as your heart desires. But no, they only gave me two per burrito when my burrito was huge! I mean, whats the use of two packets when I won’t even taste it. grrr. So I yelled at them and left. Definitely not coming back at this place, even if it means I have to go further to get food elsewhere on lunch breaks.

So this is a combo Taco Bell/KFC. I personally hate KFC, so I can’t tell you about that. The taco bell side of this place however, is okay. The good part of this place is that you can see what the workers are doing because the kitchen is all open. All the KFC stuff is on one side, and all the taco bell materials on the other. The bad thing is you can see what they are doing. When they open up the cabinets or whatever they are called to get the tortillas, chips, etc. you can tell it’s been sitting in there for a while. The canisters where they hold the beans look like they havent been cleaned in a few days, and I once saw a worker sneeze and then proceed to make a burrito without washing his/her hands. The only reason this place gets 2 starts is because they make your food really quickly, probably to make sure you don’t change your mind after ordering. The dining area is actually pretty clean, though. I won’t be going there anymore, i would rather drive the extra mile to the next taco bell in the area.

Let me give a little history about this place. Back in the mid 90’s, this was a stand alone KFC with an OK business. Then one faithful night, a fire ravaged and destroyed the location. It also caused fire damages to their next door neighbors of a liquor store and a video store. Less than a year later, a brand new KFC/Taco Bell popped up. Coincidence? It’s up to you to decide on that. The place is relatively small for a dine-in restaurant. Only a few small tables in dining area that is smaller than a two car garage. The service is Pony Express slow with a flustered cashier staff that need more training. The food taste on the KFC orders are OK, but it’s the Taco Bell portion that are very sub-par.They don’t carried all the Taco Bell items on their menu. KFC items are prepared faster, while Taco Bell items are needed to be assemble by whoever is not taking care of KFC orders. It’s very disorganized in the kitchen as your IRS tax refunds are deliver faster than this. If you are looking for dine in, I would suggest you spend a few more bucks and not be a total cheapskate by going elsewhere. If you planning to order items for a take out, then I suggest you bring your patience hat because you are going to really need it. They will test your patience, that’s for sure.

Two restaurants sewn together like some Frankenstein’s Monster, KFCAND Taco Bell have been thrown together in one location, one of those freakish amalgamations, lurching towards you in Karloff-esque fashion, offering faux-Mexican food(made, ironically, by real Mexicans) in one hand, and trans-fat-soaked fried bird in the other. If you voluntarily opt for either a KFC or Taco Bell dinner, chances are you’re not particularly concerned with the atmosphere of the dining establishment. That apathy will come in handy at this location. You know how sometimes you’ll stumble across a really nice fast food joint? You’ll walk in and think, «Wow, I could totally eat here!» This isn’t that place: it’s cramped and dim and slightly uncomfortable. On the other hand, unlimited drinks will make you forget your feelings of unease by bloating your stomach with gallons of carbonated beverages. The food here tastes the same as it would from any other logo’d location, so you know what you’re getting. If this is your choice for the evening, then you’re obviously not looking for a culinary experience, and just wish to stave off starvation. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
