Unique communications just set up 2 PBX phone systems for our business with site to site transfer capabilities. Our two sites now function as if they were just an office down the hall. The setup was complex but the did it all and even integrated a site-​wide speaker intercom service for us. This family business knows how to take care of business with class and good old fashioned customer service. We have called them a couple of times since then for support. They were quick to respond even when the issues were not their fault.

It’s true what the other reviewers are saying. These guys do out of their way to provide customer service unmatched (I’m sure) by other companies. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, this «family business» recommended a PBX system for our office, installed expertly and gave a «class» on how to use it… not that we needed one, because it is very intuitive. They stand behind their products and are very easy to reach on the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I highly recommend Unique Communications West for all your phone service needs. They are extremely helpful, reliable, and expert technicians. Whatever issues we have had with our phone system and office lines they are always quick to pinpoint the problems and fix them. We previously used Telnet Communications but found them to be very unprofessional and unreliable. We’ve been very happy ever since we switched to Unique Communications West and can’t imagine getting better service anywhere else. They are true professionals and very knowledgable. Give them a chance. You won’t regret it.
