Do not come to this hotel. I repeat, do not come. There were ladies underware under the bed when we first checked in. Holes in the walls, dirty walls, shower tub looked ran down. Bed were uncomfortable and sheet were outdated. The whole building look outdated as if it never received and upgrade from 1997. Refuses to give refund… do not fall for this bad hotel

I also would give it zero stars if I could. Cold showers, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, outlet where the hair drying was plugged in dint work, ice machine was broke. They had an igloo cooler with ice in it really???

This is hands down one of the worst managed properties I have ever dealt with. First, the rooms weren’t bad. About what you’d expect to get for the rate — hard beds, lousy housekeeping, fridge that doesn’t work… But my biggest problem was that I booked the rooms through and the original lady at the front desk barely spoke any English and didn’t know how to check us in. So she said I had to wait until her manager got there. Then a middle eastern guy(who I was told later was the owner) came to help me and since I had booked 12 rooms for 4 nights each, I had to explain to him multiple times who was under my reservation and that I would be responsible for the bill. He assured me he would take care of it and when my guests checked in later there would be no problem so I left to have dinner. The first person who tried to check in had problems and they would not let her check in without her paying for her room(which I had already paid for). Our rooms keys had to be rekeyed each night, I had 2 other guests with issues and them trying to collect more money from them for rooms already paid for… the night clerk was rude to my staff… I could go on and on about their incompetency. Next time I find myself in Champaign on business, I guarantee that neither me nor my staff nor anyone else I know will stay there. I brought them thousands of dollars of business that they wouldn’t have otherwise had and it’s no wonder their rundown hotel didn’t have anyone else staying in it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

One staff member is completely rude. Called in about reservation and she sped through her opening line and sounded inaudible. Sounded annoyed when I asked what she said. She couldn’t find my reservation and when I asked her if someone else had my reservation, she misunderstood me and she say, «that is none of your business.» Too much attitude for hospitality service.

This inn costs $ 63 a night if you get a bedroom with two queens in it. You can get a discount if you stay at a hotel for 3+ days. For this particular inn, it’s $ 55 a night if you stay consecutive nights. Let’s start with the bad: there’s no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The internet sucks as it blocks random sites and features a volatile connection that’s unreliable. The shower is kind of wonky but at least it’s functional. The good: it’s cheap, the front desk people are amiable, and there’s ample parking.
