Game Stop as a whole is very boring and bold to me with their«old» games being stuff that just came out a year ago. The employees are ok; not terrible but not stellar. In my last few visits, during the drop of Advanced Warfare, they had a pile up of a good ten people. Only two people being helped despite three employees available. Understandably they only have two computers but they sat but it felt quite disorganized and clustered. As far as Game Stop goes, they are not topping any lists.

I just had to review this location, particularly in light of there only being one other review here, and a bad one at that. I’ve been shopping at this location for three years, and the service started out pretty good and just kept getting better and better. I have always had a consistently positive shopping experience at this store, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they manage to stay cheerful even when it’s ridiculously busy — and I always seem to be there on a busy day. Also, they’re very nice to and respectful with my kids, which is important to me. I’ve lost track how many hundreds of dollars my family and I have spent there, and it’s our go-to place for games and consoles. I wouldn’t think of shopping anywhere else.

Gamestop is a great place(in general) to find some used games — but I’ll never return to this location. I was not greeted by any of the 4 employees working that day, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped, and then had to listen to the other employees ridicule the employee who was helping me, because he didn’t know where the product was I needed. It felt like a hostile work environment, and I was actually uncomfortable being there. I’m a little sad that I spent my $ 130 there — I should have put my products down and walked out.
