My 10 year old loves this place. I took her here for the salad bar. The tomatoes, & cucmbers were rotten. No bell peppers, mushrooms, fresh alfalfa sprouts, spinach. I will give credit for fresh spring greens and chopped eggs for protein. I ordered the crab cakes which was laden in oil, heavy, flat and burned. I won’t be going back. $ 13.99 for a gross salad bar and burned food? Server was great though.

Overall we like it… if we can’t decide where we want to go we end up here… Nothing amazing but it’s always pretty good. The kids food portions are HUGE which we love Kids mac and cheese is actually really good not out of the blue box :-) I like the biscuits they give you when you order your food. I LOVE the salad bar and the pumpernickel croutons Overall good

I was here a few months ago. Was seated quickly by the host. Waited 10 – 15 minutes and had numerous servers walk past over and over. The restaurant was pretty dead and yet no one ever came to our table. We finally left and let the host know that no one had helped us.

Went here cause this is where my husband wanted to go for his birthday dinner cause he loves their ribs. We arrived and were greeted and seated timely. Our drinks were brought to us. We went to order(keep in mind it was 5:30 on a Monday) and my husband was told they were out of ribs. Fine ok. so he orders something else. After dinner we go to order dessert. My husband picks out the Molten chocolate cake. Waitress comes back and tells him she is sorry they are out of it. So he orders the cupcakes. She brings us the cupcakes and they are plain(no frosting). I asked if there was suppose to be frosting and she said the cooks told her no(she was new) but she would check with the manager. She comes back and says. sorry we are out of frosting. How are you out of frosting for the cupcakes? Seriously? She offered us whip cream for the cupcakes and then told us she wouldn’t charge us for the dessert. She was very nice and friendly server and I know it isn’t her fault but how is the restaurant out of all these different food items? They weren’t that busy so it’s not like they should be. Very disappointed. Wished we would have went elsewhere so my husband could have had ribs like he wanted.

Went in about 4 today, one disheveled girl was working. She looked hungover. Her hair was stringy and her clothes were filthy. She was nice, though. I felt pushed to get us in and out. She took our drink and food order and brought us some«complimentary biscuits» — more like dry, hard, half golf ball sized jawbreakers. My boyfriend and I each got burgers. I got the classic and he got some bacon burger on a pretzel bun. My burger was good. A bit fatty and oily but I’m no health nut. My boyfriends burger on the other hand, SWIMMING in fat and grease. The whole bottom of the bun was falling apart. I tried a bite and it would have been nice if I wouldn’t have had to use my bra as a grease catch. As we are eating our waitress is at the window staring out mouthing the words«where the f*** is your baby?» to a girl and her boyfriend coming in. As soon as she comes in, she just asks her out loud where the f*** her baby is. By this time I’d come to the conclusion that the girl without her baby also works there. Mama waitress with no baby asks raggedy Ann waitress to share a meal(maybe drink?) of some sort and they spend the rest of my visit talking loudly and checking their phones. As I’m leaving, mama waitress’ boyfriend is back outside(after sucking down a couple drinks) smoking literally directly in front of the door while a poor old couple is trying to get in. Management needs to crack down in this. You are in the service industry, while a little bit if play is ok, foul language and letting your employees treat the place like a dorm is unacceptable.

Quiet for Monday eve– not that it’s a problem. Nice and friendly waitperson delivered hot food-this is an underestimated aspect of restaurant food service! New menu with… higher prices. Observing higher prices at chains– Ruby, Chili, Olive Garden. Garlic/cheese biscuits better left uneaten– I don’t care if they are free. Beer called ‘19’ was fresh tasting. I had the ‘chef inspired’ Jamaican Jerk Shrimp, served with rice and salad bar. Partner had Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin with a baked potato and salad bar. Portion size ok. Nice and salty shrimp but low quality $ 16 steak– no excuses accepted — don’t skimp on the proteins please! Rice and baked potato sides not exactly fresh. Salad bar– excellent. Verdict: Typical ups and downs of chain restuarant. Entrees ok, but trouble brewing when a salad is the highlight of a meal. We had a nice $ 10 coupon, otherwise these meals and a single beer cost $ 38-pricey for this quality level. Everyone was friendly. At least Ruby is trying..

We were in the area and it was either Ruby Tuesday or Chinese Buffet, so we decided to stop in here. I ordered salad bar with veggie trio(grilled zucchini, brown rice and mashed cauliflower), and my bf ordered steak with a side of onion rings and mashed potato. Everything was good for a chain-restaurant standard. I like that they have salad bar option, which I dont think other chain restaurants do.
