Charlotte Russe

I’ve been to many different locations for Charlotte Russe. in stores, in outlets, etc. This particular location stands out because of their amazing employees. Clerks at some clothing stores try to greet you when you walk in and tell you about their promotions. Most will not say anything to you until you are checking out. Some will completely ignore you until you have to approach them for a fitting room. At this Charlotte Russe, the employees make sure you are up to date on their sales, help you get a room before you figure out that the doors are locked, and come back to make sure you like the clothes you’re trying out. I have not met an employee here that is anything less than friendly and helpful.
Because of their stellar service, I’m happier with spending my money at their store. I never walk out empty-​handed!

I was in the area recently and stopped by this location of Charlotte Russe. It is usually a store I would just pass by and almost did the same on this occasion. A dress caught my eye in the window and I decided to stop in. I was immediately greeted upon entering and not in a, I’m greeting you because I have to way, she really did seem genuine.
Making my way around the store I was surprised to find so many pieces that I liked. Whenever I have been in a Charlotte Russe on any other occasion everything has just seemed like cheap, tacky and trendy club clothes. Not at this location. I’m not sure if it is because it is an outlet location or what the reason may be but this location gets the good clothes. I found about 4 pieces to try on and the same associate who had greeted me asked if I would like her to start me a room. I said okay and she told me to just let her know when I was ready and to take my time, she also showed me another top similar to one that I had her take back to the fitting room. I tried that one on as well. I found two sun dresses that I loved and two tops that I will be back for.
I really haven’t shopped at a Charlotte Russe store in over four years. I’m not sure if they have just hired a new buyer or what happened but at least at this location they have taken a turn for the better. Customer service was great, the clothes were trendy but pieces that could be worn season to season, and the dressing rooms were clean and organized. The racks were also very shoppable and not just strewn together and messy like most other Charlotte Russe stores I have been in. Since this store just opened it will be interesting to see what it looks like in six months to a year. I will be back and I will post an update. For now I have found a new shopping destination.
