The worst! Reservations don’t mean a thing to these ppl. Having that mean nothing! I will never ever come to this location again!!!
Happily, they upgraded the rental and it actually worked out better for me. And threw in some free gas. So I felt I needed to upgrade my score.

Disgusted by their horrible service. I’ve always been an enterprise customer until now. I made a reservation over a week ago for our trip to Disneyland for a Tahoe or similar vehicle to be ready for pick up at 8:00. I received a phone call 10 minutes to 8 by enterprise saying that our vehicle would not be ready that they were waiting for someone to return one. They didn’t know at what time though… Not acceptable! They kept telling us to wait an hour. Again, not acceptable!
I don’t understand how a reservation can be made and your vehicle that you requested not be available. Needless to say that our whole Disneyland trip was ruined by Enterprise. Thanks a lot!

Great customer service and friendly staff that pick you up from home and drop you off after the rental with a big smile on their face. The car selection is good although there have been a few instances where the seats were not totally cleaned before renting out. But they take feedback seriously and make it right.

I find your service in Chandler, Arizona poor to disgusting and have never … did I say never !!! yes, never received such unprofessional service from Enterprise. I live 1 mile away and was told they couldn’t pick me up for my early morning appointment. When I got a ride to the business, there were at least 10 people waiting outside with upset, angry looks on their faces. The person who looked like the manager was busy flirting with a female customer. He even left his desk to step outside with her as they giggled together. The 1 female was the only one trying to take care of customers. The person who finally helped me seemed to just come into work and was trying to satiate me with smiles and nervous promises. I left 1 hr later, which should not have happened.
When I returned the car they asked how was service. I told them I felt like a red-​headed stepchild and would hesitate renting from them in the future. «Awhwhhh! well just take my card and I’ll guarantee a 10% discount on all future rentals.» This was just a pat on the head and a way of trying to placate little ol me, the red-​headed stepchild … Keep your 10%, it doesn’t amount to much in these days.
Someone should check into this branch and its treatment of customers.

The front desk was a disaster, it took an hour to pick up my car, and then they over-​charged me for insurance coverage while I had a dispute pending with their management. Rent elsewhere.

What is going on Enterprise!!! No response to the email you requested from me. Now your claims department is calling me demanding that I call the insurance company that WE BOUGHT THROUGH ENTERPRISE and tell them to send you a claims payment. How am I suppose to do that? First of all, I don’t speak Spanish. Secondly, it’s insurance that we bought THROUGH ENTERPRISE so we wouldn’t be liable for any damages. NOW, you are telling us we have to pay the full damage cost or you will send it to collections???

What I liked: I was in a hurry so they got me a car right away — this car hadn’t been washed between users but it was decent so I was okay with that. They also gave me a better vehicle than I paid for.
What I didn’t like: Like others report, they don’t give you the vehicle filled all the way so it’s tricky trying to fill it back to where it was before you turn it back in. I’m sure people routinely overestimate and so Enterprise comes out ahead on that one. Also, they told me they’d have a car ready at a designated time and they didn’t. I arrived at 4:30pm and they said, «Okay we’ll see that you have one by the time we close.» I said, «Before CLOSING time???» So the guy behind the counter promptly gave me the unwashed but otherwise ready-​to-​go vehicle. Otherwise no hassles, in and out, no problems turning the car back in.

Make sure you check your reservation rate against what they actually charged. After a week I’m still waiting on a reason of why I was charged a different rate. I will go back to using Avis/​Budget which is down the street.

Competitive rates, no hassles, and they get you in and out quickly for pickups and returns. If you need to extend your rental, no problem, just give them a call. I’ve rented cars through Enterprise at various locations throughout the country, but this one has so far been the best.

I have rented from this location several times and they are always very nice and accommodating. Get a full tank of gas and never any problems. Kelsea’s the best!

This enterprise has been great. I went in needing a monthly rental and was upgraded as well. I have been able to keep this car going on my third month now. I almost feel its mine. Have had no problems and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

This is a very small outlet attached to the Cobblestone car wash. The staff is friendly and efficient. They didn’t have my specified vehicle, so I got a free upgrade (which means bigger, worse fuel economy). But it worked out OK.
One complaint I have is that they don’t give you the vehicle full. It’s so much easier to get the vehicle full and return it full. I hate the guessing-​game of «how many gallons to make it ¾ like they gave it to me». And the «return it empty» is even worse… you want to get as close to empty as possible without actually running out. Another guessing game. I wish they’d stop that. I’d give a fourth star if they’d at least give the full-​tank option.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very nice cars. I was lucky to have a brand new SUV with SiriusXM. Highly recommended.

I was dealing with a car repair next door at Chandler Auto Body. Even before getting in the door at 8:00am there were 2 people ahead of me. Both we’re handled quite quickly and I was able to get out to work on time. On return, I was getting there at the last minute and they were really busy but I was still able to go next door to pick my vehicle up and get my car returned a little after they had «closed». Very pleasant experience.

Let me start by saying that I am writing this review and my experience with them has only just started. Walked in at 8:58 for a 9:00am pickup time and was told they couldn’t help me until 9:00. Please keep in mind they opened at 8. The rep literally sat there for two minutes. I asked for a manager and she was worse. Not looking good so far. Ugh. I hate bad customer service.

I had a good experience at this location.
I picked up an intermediate car for four days using a weekend coupon. The car was clean, had around 12,000 miles on it — I could not ask for more.
The employees were courteous and professional. They gave me a ride back to my home.
I would use them in the future. The location is as good as it can get — they are situated inside of the store adjustment to an auto spa (car wash). This store has a great selection of drinks, snacks and dunkin donuts chain. Also, a gas station is right there too — no need to drive somewhere else.
P. S. Of course, they all try to sell you their insurance when you pick up a car because that is how they make extra money. If you know what your credit card or car insurance covers, just be firm and no one can force you to buy anything extra if you do not need or want it. I did not feel any pressure when I refused to get their coverage.

The past two times I rented from this location, I was given real clunkers. First was a PT Cruiser that crawled up hills and sounded out-​of-​breath on highways. The second was a Pontiac G5 with a broken passenger-​side window motor, stains on the seat and 33,000 miles on it.
And give yourself plenty of time to pick up and drop off your vehicle, because you’ll need it. Dropping off that Pontiac took 35 minutes because only one person was staffing the counter.
But that one person was Kyle, and Kyle is awesome. I watched him handle a long line of customers alone, including such problems as a guy who wanted a car big enough to fit his mom’s wheelchair but low enough her her to climb into. And the customer passed on the first five vehicles Kyle offered.
When he finally got to me, Kyle apologized, was very honest and even offered me a discount for the poor service and vehicle I’d endured. I’m writing Enterprise to let the rental company know it has a real gem on its staff.

I would like to say that I am a repeat car rental subscriber whenever I feel the urge to take a loooong roadtrip across state lines. The Enterprise rental place I tend to frequent is the location closest to home at Alma School and Germann in the Cobblestone complex. The personnel at this place are quite friendly, and always willing to bend over backwards to ensure you get the car you’re asking for. At times they can be particularly busy due to the high influx of customers renting and returning cars, regardless of how busy they are they still treat the customer with a smile and a can do attitude hence this is why I prefer this Enterprise. Oh and while you wait there’s a Dunkin Donuts closeby as well as a kick ass convenience store!
