Yesterday, Thursday 7−23−15, I visited this store to see if I could get a new screen saver on my phone. My old was was pitted very badly after almost two years of use. Although I had to wait a while because there was only one employee working and there were two other customers ahead of me I was very well treated and the employee took very good care of me. The way she installed the saver was great. She did not settle for «almost» perfect, she tried three different times until she got it on the phone «perfect». Thanks for your devotion to good customer service.

What a great team. Met Anthony & Jodi earlier today regarding a new cell phone feature question. Even though I had bought it through Verizon online, Tony & Jodi spent almost one hour assisting me to figure out what the problem was. They even called tech support while I waited and obtained the answer to the feature which was actually a security precaution added by Verizon. If anyone needs a devise & has Verizon, or thinking about it, I HIGHLY recommend this MyBullfrog location to anyone.
