The workers here are amazing!!! They know what theyre doing and are effiecnt and quick. I have had sprint for years and only go to this store. No other sprint store. They are amazing!!! You need something fixed, done, changed anything u need these guys can do it! I higly recommend this location!!!:D

This staff is amazing! They know exactly what their doing and I never feel mislead. I have been to other Sprint stores and they are not as personable as the store on Alma School and Queen Creek. If your looking for a one stop shop then this is the store.

I’ve been a Sprint customer for about 5 or 6 years. Purchased countless phones, Accessories, tablets, speakers, cases etc. I walked in clearly on a mission to be done with them(Paying about $ 250 a month for 2 phones is getting ridiculous) I asked the associate how much it would be to break my contract and without any fight, he looked up my account and unenthusiastically rattled off a total. Since I am in sales myself, I was taken back that there was no question why I was wanting to leave, was there anything they could try to help me with, was there something they could do to keep me as a customer. Nope. Just a 5 year relationship brushed off with a number. I literally gave they guy a look like«seriously» and said«So you are just going to let me walk out, huh.» And he gave me a nonchalant shoulder shrug and said«Yeah». Great sales team Sprint. Doing a heck of a job on your customer retention!

Sprint Wireless would ordinarily get four stars because of their great customer service. However, with Sprint dragging their feet on giving me my employee(Banner) discount(17%) they will only receive three stars. I already told them that after eight months of service and 2 – 3 times of submitting all the paperwork requested and getting confirmation that this month the discount would show on this month’s bill(it hasn’t) that if they dont get their act together and give me my discount I will cancel our service. I don’t care about the EFT fees ! Sprint, besides the above, has actually been a pleasant company to do business with. One of the lower family plans you will find even with all their excessive surcharges and $ 10 premium fee per headset they still come out cheaper than the competition at least for us. They have great customer service and are always willing to help you anyway they can to keep you happy and a customer. But I fear that I will have to talk to their retention department before I see my discount applied. We shall see ! In the interim, Sprint is A-OK !

We went to this location thinking it was the one with 5 star rating on Unilocal only to find out today it was the wrong location. The guy we had to deal with was Sam, nice but very disorganized. We got good deals on iphones and plans but he made some promises that seemed like it was going to be easy to take care of and when the time came it was nothing but a hassle and we had to come back more than once to get the issue resolved. The last time we came in the issue was resolved in 5 seconds. I would not recommend this store at all. I ask myself why couldn’t this be done the first time?
