Lumiere Chandler Condos

I had a crazy neighbor that owned her condo. Not worth it. And when you move out they say if you leave anything unclean they charge an all or nothing fee. So I figured they just would charge me anyways and I didn’t clean, but not cleaning leads to a bunch of other little charges which they don’t mention to you!

I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

I have lived here for 3 years now and absolutely love this place. The gym is ²⁴⁄₇ and has all the basics. There are two pools which are both kept clean year round. About a year ago the office staff was replaced and the new staff has been wonderful. I have never had any issues picking up packages and usually the women will hold the door open for me if the package is too big. Fabian is the one maintenance guy who has been here the whole time I have lived here and he is awesome. I have never had any issues with the grills. I have used almost all the grills in the complex and all have worked perfectly fine. Another reviewer wrote that they feel unsafe here. I really don’t understand how they would feel that way. It’s a gated community and extremely safe. In the three years I have lived here I have never had any break ins in my car or apartment. I go for walks all the time with my 3 month old and have never felt like we were in danger. I also live on the side closer to the car dealerships. I have never heard cars speeding and/​or racing on the side road. I have occasionally heard music from Sandbar but only when there is an event going on and only if my windows or door is open. You really will not find a place this nice for this price in a nicer neighborhood!
