Service went downhill, staff presents a couldn’t careless attitude, uploading the gold card took a while, cashier ask for assistance, someone helped her twice and still had a hard time uploading the card, people in line were getting impatient, no vanilla powder to sprinkle on the latte, when asked the staff he said if it’s not there then there’s none… sure gone downhill… time to look for another coffee shop.

For years I’ve been struggling with the starbucks on 46th and Chandler. And I finally found the solution ! Rural & ray. Perfect drink. AMAZING staff that is always HAPPY unlike the location I previously mentioned, and drinks are made perfect every time. Don’t be hesitant if there are a lot of cars in the drive thru. These baristas know exactly know to get the line moving fast !

On my way to work so I keep trying but they can not get an order correct! Today upset me enough to wrote this. I get same drink all the time so I know the price. I got my receipt to see what’s up, lemonade not black and green tea. The guy argued w me. I drove away. Guess what my drink is? Lemonade and tea, not what I ordered!!! Now I paid more and grumpy at work without MY drink! They messed up last visit too!

I always come to this Starbucks to do homework and just chill sometimes. As a college student needing somewhere to just get away, this place is perfect. I am there at least once a day if not more and I have never had them get my order wrong and the drinks are always good. They also have a great layout with super comfortable chairs and tables, couches, and large comfy chairs. There is great access to many outlets if you need to charge your computer or something. Nice job guys!

I like this location the most in the area. Drinks are made pretty well with consistency(no «too weak» «too sweet» kind of experience), and when the business is on the slow side, someone comes out to clean up the floors, restock items, etc.

I was having such a flustered day and the girl at the window was so polite and friendly, really made me happy for the rest of the day. Someone paid for my drink and I don’t know who but the pay it forward thing brightened my day. I will be visiting this location any time I’m in the area. My drink was made exactly how I like it.

Went here to around 5:30 to get a iced decaf coffee. Found out they can never make a decaf coffee that is iced. I was fine with that and tried to order a hot cup of decaf coffee instead, only to find out that they stop brewing decaf at 12pm… HOWCAN A STARBUCKSNOTHAVEDECAFCOFFE??? They sell coffee for a business. This makes no sense…

Absolutely love this location! The people are always so nice. They always make my drink right(Venti light iced nonfat oprah chai tea). Not only that but the drive thru is super fast! I am usually in and out in 5 mins in the morning on a weekday. Best Starbucks I’ve been to in the valley!

Fast drive — thru service, friendly baristas and the coffee rarely has that burnt espresso taste, which means they are good about pulling their shots and blending them quickly. That’s a huge plus!

This particular store is big but not very quiet if you want to come and read. The service is great and the greeting over the intercom is always a pleasant, especially from male-baristas. They are always trying to move the drive-thru quickly enough, not taking their sweet time like the one on Ray/101

Oh, Starbucks. It’s like that horrible ex you can’t stop going back to. Except, they’re much closer to your neighborhood. And in some cases, a lot faster! Hardy, har har. Really, 9 times out of 10 I’ll take a locally owned coffee shop. Yet, sometimes, you’re having one of those rough«need extra caffeine!» kind of mornings. You see a Starbucks pop up on your commute and roll on in. This location? Super fast and friendly drive through service at 5AM. Three stars simply because no Starbucks is five stars.

Extremely slow drive through. It was over 10 minutes for 3 cars including mine. I ordered an tall caramel frappucino and the chick wanted to know if I wanted it cold. I’m so glad they hire people that know their products really well and yes I’m being sarcastic :)

Can you believe that an Espresso Coffee can not be shared with a Tocino del Cielo? It is an insult to the population of Chandler. I made a line for more than 3 mins. I had an attendant behind the counter that spoke Italian, Spanish and English. The leather seats were comfortable and the benches were spacious. The next time we come here I will bring my own Rajita de Crema to enjoy my Macchiato as it is expected.

Well, I quit drinking coffee for a while trying to cut back on caffeine but now in 2014 I find that somehow that monkey is on my back again. Anyway, I mostly go to this Starbucks location since it is very close to my house right on my way to work. I usually use the drive thru and I will say that even when there is a long line it moves really fast. Everyone is very friendly and they always get my order right. I also love that they put in the little green plug that keeps your coffee from spilling even without me having to ask for it. I still can’t give them 5 stars because the reality is that Starbucks coffee is just not that good. But like most suburbanites, this is my most convenient option so I just go with it. I also think their food has gotten even worse after the recent menu changes; I am speaking specifically of their baked goods. I just can’t stand it how they call those square shaped muffins of theirs scones. Go to a real bakery and find out what a scone is actually supposed to taste like and you’ll see what I mean.

Great location, quick drive thru and friendly service. This store is BIG and has been renovated. It’s a great location to study, read, have a meeting or just enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. It’s on the corner, so the location is convenient to get to. If you love starbucks stop by this one for sure!

This Starbucks at Ray and Rural is where I go whenever I need to get some work done. There are wall outlets that are available on literally 3 out of 4 walls. It’s hard to ‘not’ sit by one. The bar seating against the window is nice if you don’t want to be distracted but gets hot when the sun comes through. The shades don’t really help. The people here are very nice, and I haven’t really had a lot of issues. I used to get the café latte and cappuccino in a ceramic mug. Now that I know how much sugar those drinks automatically come with(they are made with a sweetened ‘coffee base’, not real brewed espresso) I just get a regular coffee. This place can get busy, but I’ve never had trouble finding a seat with an outlet. There is some nice outdoor seating, a drive through, and plenty of parking. Restrooms are big and the place is clean. The baristas jump right into cleaning when they don’t have customers. The only problem I have had is with my reusable cup. I bought one of those $ 2.00 reusable plastic cups with the Starbucks logo but on more than one occasion they put my drink in a paper cup instead. And then dump it into my plastic cup when they realize their mistake. Dudes. That totally defeats the purpose! They need to pay better attention, but can get pretty swamped. They are human so will make mistakes. They have a new baked goods provider. I haven’t actually had any of the new items yet but I like that they are smaller. We eat too much fatty, sugary stuff as it is. Portion shrinking is a good thing :) Also, no high fructose corn syrup here!

Came to this location for the first time on Sunday morning around 11:30am. It wasn’t very busy in the drive-thru so I decided to go that route. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato with soy milk and extra caramel. It came out great. Perfect amount of caramel, sometimes when you ask for extra it’s like a caramel boat but this Starbucks got it right. Three stars because I also ordered a gouda, egg and bacon ciabatta sandwich off of their new bakery menu. It was horrible. The egg tasted liked powdered egg and the gouda had no flavor. I would not suggest breakfast sandwiches here. The croissants are much better. The service was good. The baristas at the window were friendly and smiling. I will visit this location again.

All Starbucks are the same to me except for the customer service, that always ranges. Here they’re not friendly and I dread coming here to get a coffee before work but it’s so close and convenient with their Drive-Thru. I see the barrista’s rolling their eyes at customers asking for water for their dog. I think they think it’s okay if I see them doing that like I might agree since I’m young like–«Oh, what a drag I’ve gotta get him a water. ««Yeah girl, I feel you! Us youngin’s gotta stick together.» *Slumps against locker door and twists bubble-gum around finger.» But I don’t. And I don’t want to tip you now rude girl! Anyway, customer service sucks here.
