Come here when you have time. Slow, slow service. Located next to Bashas and right off Chandler Heights Rd. I wish they were faster because the drive through location is very convenient.

This is not the Starbucks to visit for an evening coffee. My son takes music lessons nearby, so I visit fairly often. The evening crew is consistently unprofessional and unfriendly, seeming more concerned with cleaning the store than serving customers. Tonight my order was taken and not made while I was standing there. When the barista finally noticed there was a drink to be made, he continued sweeping for awhile before finally making the beverage. The girl who had taken my order ignored the fact that a drink needed to be made while she swept coffee grounds off of the counter. There were no other customers, so it was obvious I was standing there. When the drink was finally made, there was no acknowledgement of the delay… just a «grande latte!» And the drink put in the counter before he walked off. The morning crew at this location is fantastic!!! I am disappointed in the evening management.

I don’t really have any complaints about this location. It’s busy sometimes and takes longer because of the drive thru, but my drink is always right and the staff is usually friendly.

Today I had enough«rewards» on my card to get a free coffee, which always starts my day off great. However, today(and this is the SECOND time, by the way) my coffee order was wrong. The order label was correct. They just loaded it full of sugar, which is NOT what was requested. So here I sit, having my pedicure, but no coffee to enjoy. Thanks again, Starbucks.

Dropping one star due to the inconsistency of service the past few visits. Seeing a lot of different faces(changeover) and a lack of team work amongst employees. While there are still a few longer term team members that are totally awesome, not everyone here seems to appreciate that Starbucks coffee shops are selling a social experience(ambiance, comfort, greetings, smiles, interaction, etc.) nearly as much as they are selling coffee. Hope they can get back on track.

Poor customer service. Always run out of fold overs i suggest to take it off their stand or the menu since they never have it at this location. They always take forever to get my order ready even when it is never busy.

Wait times have become ridiculous. over 20 minutes. They should put up a sign when they are this high instead of trapping you in a non moving drive thru line. 3 people at the counter inside(customers). No reason for this was given and the barista seems bored. I suggested putting up a sign when the line is this slow and got no response of any kind.

I’ve had consistent issues with this particular location, which I’ve frequented due to its close proximity to my house. Today is my last trip there, however, due to receiving a Tall sized beverage which was only filled ~half way(to the sirens crown on the logo).(See the pic – the cup is like half empty!) My last trip there, a couple weeks ago, I had to have my drinks made three times due to the baristas continuously giving us lots of foam on «no foam» beverages.

The drive thru is crowded and super slow. I love Starbucks. I’ve been a regular at this one for years. In the past they have messed up my drink requests many times. Today the drinks were great. Unfortunately when they removed the second espresso machine the drive thru suffered with incredibly long wait times. Two stars for the slow drive thru.

My most favorite Starbucks location. It’s always busy, yet the service is absolutely fantastic and 9⁄10 times my drink is spot on. One very important thing to me is friendly, happy servers. I want to drive up to the window and meet someone who is excited to be at work that day. I’m never disappointed. I often get free drinks here for a variety of reasons, and because of this I pay for people in line behind me. I love coming to this Starbucks, it puts me in a good mood and makes me want to give the servers good spirits to the people around me. I’ll admit every now and then my drink will be hot when I asked for iced, or there will be whipped cream when I asked for none, but these small things don’t bother me since overall I’ve still had a great experience. Thank you Starbucks!

I have been to this Starbucks quite a few times. The inside is super comfortable and the bathroom is super clean. I mainly use the Drivethru which is super convenient and out of the way of the parking lot. All of the people I have dealt with have been super friendly and the drinks have been tastey. I definitely recommend this to people in the area.

So I think its a given that Starbucks has great coffee… so what I would like to say most about this location is the customer service ROCKS! Everyone is always extremely friendly, the service is super duper fast and they usually have my husbands order ready to go the second they see him walk in the door… yes he goes nearly every day. That is what I call good customer service. Service with a smile and employees that remember you, it makes you feel appreciated, even if you are only buying a cup o’ joe.

Your typical Starbucks. The only negative is about half the time their wifi doesn’t work, which can be frustrating. I often go to Starbucks to get a little work done.

I don’t generally patronize Starbucks. For one thing, I’m not a coffee drinker. However, wife and daughter are. They both love the coffee here(in general). So we popped in this morning on the way to dropping daughter at a friend’s house, and on our way to work. They got, and seemed happy with, their pricey coffees. They also bought me a pricey«old fashioned» donut. The donut was really good. I don’t think it was $ 1.50 good, but it was vastly better than Dunkin or any grocery store donut(which isn’t a very high hurdle to clear, I admit). If they weren’t so pricey I’d give them four stars for quality of food and beverages. In summary: very pricey, but pretty good. If you want to splurge(or are rich enough you don’t care about price), come to Starbucks. This shop had friendly staff who moved quickly.

Update– Lines getting slower and slower and drinks messed up more and more… not sure what is going on but this location is going downhill fast. :/ —– It can get confusing with one barista helping walk-in and drive-through customers simultaneously. Yet, they seem to do a great job overall. The line moves quickly, and 99% of the time, they get my order right. I’d say that’s pretty good considering I go there about 4 times a week, so I’ve had a lot of drinks from there.

This is my friendly neighborhood Starbucks. I am sad that I am finding myself here more frequently since the two closest independent coffee houses have gone under. RIP the independent coffee house but alas I must still have my caffeine fix. This location has a rather nice outdoor seating area. They seem to be heavily staffed on most of my visits. Given, they are pretty busy but I still find myself watching in amazement as 6 – 7 people scramble about. I am always struck at how it takes 6 – 7 people to do roughly the same work that someplace like Coffee Rush does with 1 or 2 people. Not infrequently my order is either wrong or has to be stated and restated 4 – 5 times. I suspect this is a result of too many folks working on the outcome. Like the game that is played in elementary schools where a statement is made at one side of the class and whispered from child to child until it reaches the other end of the room. So child #1 whispers«Henry stubbed his toe at the pool.» and the last kid is told, «Henry found human toes stuck in the pool filter.» Lost in translation. Too much noise in the system. That is why about 25% of the time I end up with a nonfat hot chocolate or something rather than a no whip, extra hot mocha. Such is Starbucks.
