this location is now closed. they are some of the most consistent baristas starbucks has. trust me i know. i spend a fortune. anywho. will reopen at two new locations on about June 16. :)

I am not a big fan of their coffee, but I love their Passion fruit tea and their seasonal Shaken mango black tea.
There are so refreshing on a hot day or just something to sip on!
I don’t drink Starbucks coffee because it always gives me an upset stomach. So I just avoid the situation then!

Stopped to get my birthday drink– A very nice barista helped me decide and then rescued my keys when I left them on the counter (whoops)! Really great service

Friendly staff, great coffee, and in one of our favorite towns. What could be better? It’s the same is every other Starbucks which is a good thing. Constancy.

I always have great customer service when I come here which is every weekend :)
My only wish is that they had more lounge space. Couches, outdoor sofas, etc. this is more of an in and out place than to linger.
Easy access though and plenty of parking!

In 17 years I’ve been to many Starbucks and have always been greeted by friendly, helpful people. A smile and a «Good morning» is a wonderful greeting when you walk into Starbucks. I have to say, as a repeat customer for years, that the location at Chandler and Dobson I’ve rarely been greeted warmly. In business, that trickles down from the manager to their employees. I’ve spent a lot of money there. The manager, Dominic, knows my name and never ever has he smiled or said, «Good morning, Linda!» He’ll write my name on the cup so I know he knows my name. It’s good PR, keeps you coming back, etc. There are plenty of other Starbucks’ locations where the people are friendly that would appreciate my business. Smile. Be friendly. Be helpful. Say «Thank you» after each customer pays $ 4 – 5 for at least a Tall. And when people exit the Starbucks, why not holler «Have a good day?» Customer-​service is key.

I am absolutely in love with this location. This has the best Java chip Frappuccino that has ever been made in any other Starbucks location. The staff members here are very kind and they value customer satisfaction.

OK, let me begin by saying I get a coffee at times, but my goal is to hit a local place and give my coin to a small outfit. So getting back to it, they are one of the better shops when it comes to nice people and good service. They are always nice to chat with and I usually have a nice visit, but I am not a fan of the cost and the whole beans just stink. I drink a lot of coffee and rate their beans as burnt and stale, sorry but when you are used to fresh roasted beans you cannot go here much more. Price is terrible, they keep raising their costs and silly people keep forking out $ 7 for a watery drink with little coffee. I think they need to reclass as a ice cream shop because the calorie and sugar is on par with ice cream. If you are a real coffee person then I recommend any of the local roasters, cheaper and miles above on taste and quality. If you need a coffee and no other option then yes its ok, just don’t ask for room because I think that is code for fill to top with skin burning coffee. I have yet to actually get room when I ask and then the creamer is usually empty anyway so I end up dumping 4oz in the trash so I can drive without my car getting ruined. Oh ya, parking sucks.

The best Starbucks! It’s on my way to work and the staff is always genuinely friendly! They’re efficient even during peak times. They consistently make my caramel macchiato perfectly (some Starbucks make it way too sweet). Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area.

We arrived just 10 minutes before closing time but we’re still greeted warmly! Service was awesome and the product great too, of course. Ordered 3 fraps and 2 white hot chocolates. All made to perfection. Thanks for treating your last customer as well as you did your first! That makes such a difference and I very much appreciate it. We’ll be back to this location for sure!

Probably the better one’s in the nearby area. The Staff are very nice, drinks are made well and never a long wait.

Always a pleasant experience on this location. Plus I love that they have their music playing outside for people to enjoy while sitting at the mini stone tables. Fast and cheerful waitstaff. One of the better Starbucks in Chandler.

The Oprah chai latte is not to my liking. Very strong on the nutmeg. The regular chai latte is good though.

Great happy service from the cashier guy. Very friendly and knows how to talk to his customers about anything like other coffee shops! Ordered an afternoon green tea latte and a chocolate croissant for an afternoon snack.

I’ve hit up this Starbucks several times now on my drive into work. The staff here is very customer friendly, the service is fast and they always put a smile on my face when I walk in and hear «Good morning!»
Some people don’t care about simple things like this, but for me businesses that take the time to greet or connect with their customers will always keep me coming back.

I really like the convenience of drive thru Starbucks, but this one has a traditional vibe that makes me want to get out of my car. They are friendly and always get my drink right.

I love Starbucks. The new Orange refresher is delicious!
