Dunkin’ Donuts

I LOVE Dunkin! And am a loyal customer because I love my iced coconut Carmel coffee! But I swear this is the worst Dunkin in Arizona (been debating with myself each time to write a review and today’s the day) My drink order never seems to be on point and is inconsistent. Little ice, too much cream, not enough cream. But what gets me even more is their CRAPPY customer service, seems like they have the worst attitudes, previous time I came through the drive thru the girl on the intercom was short and seemed pissy, got my drink which tasted nothing like how it usually does. This time I go in and drive thru was shut down (stuff happens, I get that) but it seemed like they couldn’t handle it being busy. The guy working the cash register seemed like he was not enjoying being there. Either way walking in there was no warm welcome to myself or anyone while I waited for my coffee. Just is a little sad because I love Dunkin… But I’ll make the drive to the chandler Blvd and 48^th street (best store in az) one and have my coffee made correctly and feel welcomed!

Went to get some munchkins today, and saw the cutest mug I asked the young lady at the counter how much was the mug, she replied with $ 5, another employee said $ 5 not that one, so I gain asked how much is it and the first lady proceeded to say I don’t know. She never offered to try to find the price for me so I asked her to locate the price she told I me had to wait until after she finished helping the other people like I wasn’t in line being serviced needless to say I had already ordered my donuts once they arrived I left never knowing the price of the mug.

Really suck this Dunkin’s is the closest to my house! This place day after day has just gone down hill. I’m here on a daily basis, and my drink just keeps getting worse. How can you mess up an ice coffee?!? Really suck I have to drive clear to Warner location now :(

What is there to say, it is Dunkin’ Donuts! There coffee is the best if you are in need of something fast and don’t have time to visit a more dedicated coffee shop and their perks program is one of the best around!

I went at this location this morning. They overcharged me by $ 2. When I noticed it after picking up my food, I brought it to the manager’s attention. She seemed annoyed that I asked to speak to her. She angrily said, «So you your money back.» No apologies for the mistake.

The 5 am crew are the rudest people ever! Every single time I go through the drive thru I can always count on them having the worst attitude! Such a great way to start day. They need to learn customer service skills!!!

17 minute wait in drive thru. Unacceptable. You have to move it faster. Have to train great crew. Never had any issues with any east coast or other AZ locations that are much busier.

Walked in, ordered a small iced caramel coffee. While waiting for my order I used the restroom which had toilet paper strewn on the floor, the toilet was not flushed and it smelled terrible. After getting my drink I took one sip of my before throwing it out. It was so sweet it tasted like it had been sweetened with 20 packs of sweet n low, it had a very unpleasant aftertaste. While I was there I sat on one of their couch chairs. Upon a second glance I got up. There was stains all over it, food crumbs stuck between the cushions and there were several gnats buzzing around the sitting area. It was a very unpleasant experience and a waste of my money.

I’ve used the drive-​through here several times over the past couple weeks, and the clerk is super friendly and up-​beat. Quick service keeps the morning moving right along and a smile on my face.

This place is running smoothly for the first time since it opened. I guess their new manager is very good, seems to run a tight ship and also be friendly. More importantly, my order is never screwed up anymore, and my hash browns and sausage wake up wrap are always done just right. I am now officially impressed.

We don’t have any Dunkin Donuts in the area so it is always a visit in the morning when we are in town. I got to stay there food is ok and worth the cost, however the service at this place was great. The cashier was very courteous and not to mention the lady who was helping serve was so helpful. I ordered a turkey wrap and thought it came packaged and put in the toaster oven, but to my surprise they toast the flat bread first and add the turkey, egg and cheese. I screamed over the counter like a mad woman and asked the guy preparing my flat bread not to the cheese, but he did not hear me. The lady helping out at the front did and asked me very politely what I needed it and I told her but I said forget it it was too late. She took care of it anyway!!! Great job!!! HEveryone else was very nice but she was awesome!!!

I honestly don’t understand the good reviews. The few times I’ve visited the drive through at this location something has been wrong. Last time they handed me someone else’s order and only caught it as I was driving away. Also the iced coffees we got were undrinkable they tasted so stale.
Today they were out of hashbrowns, okay no big deal, I ordered a donut and breakfast sandwich. My order was repeated twice but I was handed one bag before paying. I guess I have to double check my order before driving away (even when there are multiple cars in line) because my breakfast sandwich was not in the bag. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told I could come back for it. Being that I’m already at work I asked if I could come by later and have it refunded, the first person I talked with said yes then the manager told me that she tried to catch me before I drove away but I could come by anytime for a free sandwich. Um, I paid and was given my food and told to have a nice day it’s not my fault that I left.
I am not in that area much anymore but even if I was, I’m not wasting my time or energy going back for another sandwich. They can keep my 3 bucks.

First off when I went to the drive thru I had a crazy lady in a hurry and cutting me off. At least she was quick about her order. I was at the pay window and for some reason they took a bit longer for one of 3 of my drinks. They offered the drink carrier. I wish they had drink stoppers as I was cautiously driving to prevent any spills. Finally tasted my mocha latte with almond milk… uh…tasted watery and not as good. This place had mediocre coffee. Maybe I’ll just stick with the donuts.

The employees are usually very plesent. However, the drive-​thru is hit or miss. You will either be through in 2 minutes or stuck for 25 minutes. I don’t suggest taking the drive-​thru regularly if you have somewhere to be, like work. I’ve gotten stuck more than once and have been late for it taking over 20 minutes.

Dunkin donuts aren’t my favorite donuts, I’m more of a K-​Kreme kinda girl but the employees at this store are the best! They truly are the best example of customer service! It’s clear that they are a direct example of the manager here who is amazingly friendly, patient and helpful. Armani and Stephanie always make my day! I’ve never been anywhere else where every employee is happy and friendly everyday! You’re definitely doing something right Lahrona! :)

As my daughter sat at the yogurt shop next to the Dunkin Donuts on a Friday night at 8am we watched at least a dozen cars pull up, pull on the LOCKED door and give their business to the yogurt shop, Zoyo. Who closes at 8pm on a Friday night? Had they been open they would have had plenty of business to warrant the cost of keeping it open!
Where’s the manager? Does he or she not see this and make adjustments? It seems crazy to me. The Zoyo manager thanks you for your stupidness!
When I did get donuts here before the donuts were stale and I literally took them back and was told «oh ya don’t ever buy donuts after 2pm. That’s when we make our last batch and they are gonna be stale if you but them right before closing.» SERIOUSLY?

I’m giving this establishment one star because they screwed up a simple order. I ordered 3 donuts glazed and 2 medium hazelnut iced coffees. I paid for 3 donuts glazed and 2 medium hazelnut coffees. The problem is that I only received 2 donuts and 2 medium hazelnut coffees. What is so difficult about counting? It pains me horribly to know that everytime I order thru a drive-​thru that I will need to double check my order because of a lack of competency on the establishment’s part. The coffee seemed old too. Grrrrrrr!

I love DD. I hate this DD. They’re always terribly slow and they run out of something different everyday. When my wife and I go through this drive thru we jokingly come up with our order and then our backup order while we wait. More often than not we have to invoke the backup order because they’ve run out of something common like bagels, plain donuts, or cups. It’s a joke. Also, I’ve waited in the drive thru for upwards of 25 minutes before because the staff is slow. I’ve also received the wrong food on occassion. If it wasn’t for it’s proximity to my workplace I’d never come here.

This place is very clean. The service isn’t fast, but there normally isn’t a line so you should be good. Try the Low-​Fat blueberry muffin. It is to die for. Download the Dunkin Donuts app to get coupons.

This location of Dunkin Donuts is on my way to work, so I stop in quite frequently. The staff is typically pleasant, with the occasional «bad day» employee which is why I have given them a 4 star instead of 5.
The food/​product is always consistent and the store is very clean and organized. This location is particularly efficient, with what seems to be an endless client base of corporate-​grind people who need their donuts quick and their coffee even faster.
The coffee consistently wins awards and has been voted higher than Starbucks. I believe that their coffee is a bit sweeter than it needs to be, but the pricing is a pleasant relief from the shameless gouging of Sbux.
