Starbucks

Went here yesterday with my sister before we went inside to shop at the mall. The girl who took our order should not have been working the register. She was rude and didn’t even greet us. I had to initiate so that she would take our order. It was ridiculous. I worked for Starbucks for 3 years, I know that’s not how they’re supposed to treat there customers. I looked for a name tag but she wasn’t wearing one.
Only good thing was my tea was great as usual. But I will be avoiding this Starbucks location.

I couldn’t find the place. Frustrating. Drove around for a while… GPS indicated that I passed it twice going in both directions. Maybe it’s underground. Maybe I need magic glasses to be able to see it. If you’re in a hurry and have never been here it’s probably not worth the time it takes for the fruitless detour. Best of luck to you!

Been here twice in a week and whoever is running this place has an incredible staff. Sumi and her posse have the best customer service skills. I’m not a big Starbucks fan but these ladies make our family feel welcome and satisfied!

Aye this starbucks has went to hell quickly. It looked like a tornado went through it (dirty, spilled powders, garbage everywhere) when I went in yesterday. I felt my coffee was thrown together with no effort at all resulting in 90% foam which made me feel ripped off and just (eww). I had been reluctant to drink starbucks for sometime as they have become so big and quaility is lacking, and wasn’t how I remembered starbucks to be. Maybe it was an off day but I would think the one closest to the mall would be held to higher standards.

Mapquest shows location to be on Chandler Blvd which it is not. Of course if you are familiar with the area, you probably know where it is, but out of towners are led on a wild goose chase. Calling the store was no help, the guy who answered was a wise ass. Would not give this location any business.

I love this Starbucks location! The shop design reminds me of New York coffee shops, and the baristas are extra friendly and pay attention to detail.

This isn’t a very large location considering it’s at a major mall. I did get my coffee just the way I like it this morning with no problems and a smile so I consider that a good day!

Wedge shaped inside and very cramped. There’s about 15 people crammed around the pickup counter, the condiment stand is not accessible at all. Then when it cleared, there are other cream carafes.
Starbucks deliberately keeps the stores small like this so their sales per square foot metric comes in high. There’s one store I’ve been in that’s. It cramped and this is not it. Boise ID on State St. should be their model.

Nice mall location. Indoor and outside seating. Very clean indoor seating area. Drinks were very good and the service was fast. The Starbucks is located just outside the food court near Valet parking.

This location of Starbucks let me down yesterday. It was 11am. I had met my sister here before we headed out on the town for the day. I was hungry for a breakfast sandwich or hot sandwich from the fridge that they will heat in the over for you. They were out of almost all flavors of sandwiches, they had only 3 left. They were also out of all breakfast sandwiches including the turkey bacon with egg, I understand that it was 11am but still, most Starbucks have these sandwiches well into the afternoon hours.
I decided to try the faijita chicken sandwich with pepper jack from the refrigerated section at the counter. The cashier was very rude about the lack of sandwiches in the first place. She got irritated that I asked if they had a ham and swiss sandwich when it wasn’t out. Anyhow, she heated up the sandwich and wrapped it up for me. The chicken was disgusting and I pulled a couple of pieces out and they had black spots on them. I am not sure how long that particular sandwich had been sitting out but eww.
I did also have a passion tea and it was delicious as usual. Rule of thumb, come here only for drinks, avoid the food at this location. I would only come back for coffee or tea. Customer service was also not the greatest.
