The worst service Iv ever had first off my delivery for pizza is over 2hours I call 4 times telling me it’s gonna be there finally I tell the cs person to transfer me too the manager I finally get a hold of the person she’s looking me up I’m asking her why is a pizza thAt any other delivery would be no more then 35 – 40 minutes is 2 hrs plus oh wait my time is 9:08 pm I ordered it at 6:56p the manAger then says oh it’s coming out of the oven knowing she’s lying to me because I know the pizzas weren’t done. Iv never written a post ever but for this experience that’s been a joke a disgrace I would tell u guys never to order from this Pizza Hut in chanhassen oh wait it’s 9:15p still no pizza but hey the manager said il get it free now wow fun. What a joke

Every time I order from Pizza Hut, I always regret it. The food is never that great, and the time it takes to actually get it is ridiculous. It took an hour and a half to get my pizza tonight. When I called the number they give to find out where it was, the call didn’t even go to the actual store, but a call center instead where it was very difficult to understand the person’s accent. I told him my issue and he said he could do two things: contact the manager at the store and have him contact me in 15 minutes or talk to his manager and have him call the store manager to contact me. I chose to have the store manager contact me, but here I am an hour later and I still haven’t heard from them. Finally ten minutes after I called the pizza was delivered, and when I asked the delivery guy why it was late, he said it was due to weather and road conditions, which seemed perfectly fine when I was driving on them a few hours earlier. The pizza was lukewarm, there was hardly any cheese when I had ordered extra cheese, and I am not happy. I have had terrible experiences here before, but I figured I would give them another chance. Next time I’ll make the right decision and order from Dominos!

This might be the most inadequately run joint around! Came in after 20 mins of placing on online order. They had nothing started. Asked me if I still wanted the order. Well DUH!

Service was poor, and we were charged for toppings we did not get. It was not worth the hassle of complaining, as the employees did not care, and a call to their call center was met with «would you like to order for delivery or pickup?», even though I pressed the option for «concern with an existing order.» Call center was no more interested than the store «manager.» Will never return.

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 11:30AM. Still not arrived and it is now 12:31PM. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and no one can tell me where my order is. I have the confirmation email but somehow they are unable to look it up. After finally talking to a supposed supervisor the Chanhassen store will call us in another 20 minutes. Not to mention they already charged our CC and now they are a no show! Horrible service. Do not order. Now I have to fight to get my $ 120.00 back.

If I could give a MINUS 10 I would. The last couple of times the service has increasingly gotten worse and tonight was the last straw. We order frequently when the grandkids come. We were all looking forward to the pizza /​pasta order. At time of pickup they wouldn’t take a check (have always paid that way before and as recent as a week ago). Manager was extremely rude and when trying to enter credit card and a debit card she was unable to process or know how but ran the cards. Will watch for fraud on her part… when customer service was called they forwarded us back to the store and the manager hung up on us. Her attitude was too bad I guess you won’t have dinner! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AND HEED THE REVIEWS!!!

I’ve given this Pizza Hut location the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes is all I can take. On three of the last five orders they:
— Gave me the wrong order completely
— Forgot part of my order
— Made two pizzas but put the toppings for both pizzas on one pizza a no toppings on the other.
I’ve tried calling their customer service, which is an out of state call center, and they were very friendly, but couldn’t do anything besides «send a message to the local manager». On every occasion the local manager never got back to me.
If I’m in the mood for Pizza Hut I now just drive the extra distance to the Eden Prairie location. So far so good with them.

I always order online and pick up because I live close. The pizza is always ready when the online timer says it will be and the pizza is always hot and fresh. I am a big fan of the pan pizza and with the constant online specials the price is very reasonable. I tried the delivery option but the delivery time was always way too long (hour plus) but with in store pick-​up I have been very happy… and I don’t have to pay the pesky delivery fee. So to sum this up great pizza for the price, I’ve never had an incorrect order and I order from here about once a month. But I don’t recommend delivery.

Decided to give this place another try after being very dissatisfied with previous orders. Saw the commercial for pretzel stuffed crust and thought it looked good… Orders large pepperoni x cheese… Arrived over an hour later, cold and barely cheese let alone extra and pretzel stuffed crust my axx… Regular crust with some pretzel salt brushed on. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible experience. Don’t even bother. Delivery time was estimated to be an hour. I live less than ten minutes away. The pizza arrived over two hours later. The Pizza Hut help line couldn’t contact the store. After driving over there all they could tell me was that the order had left the store. This was an order on an ordinary Saturday night in February, not halftime during the Super Bowl. They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered another pizza from Sarpino’s. It arrived in a reasonable period of time and tasted great.

After a ye as r, I decided to try it again. Called and ordered a large pan pepperoni pineapple. My order arrived. A med. Supreme and breadsticks. Boom. The driver was gone. Called to complain. On hold for 9 mn. After being told I kept giving them a wrong phone number (bad phone line) they’d redo my order. What was originally a 35 mn. delivery is now and hour and 10 mn. never again.

I found the online ordering process overly cumbersome. After the painful process of building my order I went to buy the pizza. A popup informed me that «something» in my order was not deliverable. What exactly? I clicked the popup and was brought back to the main order page, my order had disappeared leaving me wondering what part of a medium hand tossed pepperoni with mushroom on one half was «undeliverable».
