This place is amazing we live in Raleigh NC and usually eat at wild wings café. However this place is fantastic. Please if you come near this place try it out. Service was exceptional Izzy our waitor was amazing and the Asst Manager found out we were new customers and brought out zucchini fries. Just a wonderful experience truly a blessing to dine in an establishment that truly wants your business. Added bonus, great local beers.

Love their wings. They have a variety of seasoned wings. My favorite is the Caribbean, mango habenaro. Their pizzas are freshly baked and well made

Always consistently good. Service is quick and friendly, never have to wait too long for a table. Made the mistake of trying the Buffalo Wild Wings, which is new on 50, and it was such a dismal experience, we left and came here. Should have come here in the first place! Never disappoints.

Going to BWW made me appreciate how good his place actually is. I’ve tried wings from all the wing spots within 10 miles and these are the best.

Gone WAY downhill I’ve gone to both BWF’s for over 20 years. The one in chantilly since it opened. Thank god Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairfax opens soon. Gone back 3 time in the last 2 months to just make sure, and the quality is consistently substandard. Worst part about it is the fact that the chicken wings themselves are microscopic. All three times, there were about a quarter of the wings that were very very small. Some were less than 2 inches long. Saving money? You just lost a lifelong customer.

Great place to watch TV and drink pitchers of beer, but the wings are probably some of the worst I’ve ever hand, which was disappointing. Also not a lot of variety on teh menu, even for a sports pub.

If youre looking for wings, THIS is the place to go! They have some awesome wing flavors and great fries. Service is sometimes long, and it is a bit over-priced but the wings make up for it.

Pedestrian. In my rating system they score a one star. The food is mediocre. The wings are good, not great. Going for dinner is a nightmare. Crowded, always a wait. This is not due to huge amounts of patrons but simply a poor layout. The wait staff is HORRIBLE. I will give them an excuse and say that the kitchen is probably just slow in getting the wings and fries out. The wing night deal is NOT a good deal. You have to seriously love wings for this to be worth it. I can’t comment on the bar part of the joint but it doesn’t exactly look booming whenever I’m there. The TV situation doesn’t scream sports bar. Not as man TVs as glory days, more like the number that any other restaurant has. NEVER do the Flatliners. Apparently they changed their recipe back to how hot it was a couple of years ago. Only psychos enjoy the pain that you pay for when doing the Flatliner challenge. I’ve never had a good experience here. I only go if all my friends are going. I always lobby for Cicis instead if people just want to pig out. Pedestrian.

Clean restaurant with polite waitstaff, will cook ‘em nice and crispy, salad was fresh. The 911 is more like hot, torrid is like a spicy bbq, never had flatliner. The sauces are kinda tomato-y. My kids eat the 911 with no problem.

Why doesn’t this place have a 5-star rating?! BWF is SOGOOD. It’s so well known and has become a tradition passed down a generation or two — seriously. My best friends’ families make it a point to bring out-of-towners here to enjoy the spread. I typically enjoy wing night on Mondays and go straight to the bar for the service. The bartender Neil knows my boneless preference and is fast even when it’s super packed. He knows I’m indecisive and gives me time to stare at the menu knowing I’ll probably order the same thing again. Nachos are really good here too, I’m so picky about nachos. Also ask about the flavor of the month. Anyway, I hope Neil works here forever because I can’t imagine anyone else getting my order down like him.

I’ve only been here for the Flatliner hot wing challenge. Challenge is… sign a waiver; eat 10 super hot wings under the manager’s supervision; if you finish, your meal is free; if you don’t, ya gotta pay $ 10 for the wings. No drinks or sauces allowed during the challenge. Winner gets a free t-shirt, bragging rights and their name on the wall. Well, to be honest, it wasn’t that bad. Was it spicy? Yes. Was it Asian spicy? Nahhh. Would I do it again? Probably not because there was no more room to put my name on the wall so all I really got was my t-shirt to prove I finished… I still want my name on the wall Buffalo Wing Factory! Update: Thanks BWF for reading this and putting my name on the Hall of Flame wall!

Perhaps this restaurant should have a subtitle: «Sorry, we’re out of that.» We’re out of Coke. We’re out of that dessert. We’re out of that beer. Our most recent visit(our fourth or fifth, maybe the last) was disappointing. You would figure that with the amount of staff Buffalo Wing Factory has, they could make the service faster, or at least more consistent. But everyone seems to have the«not my job» attitude — really, would it be that difficult to refill my wife’s water glass every 15 minutes? — and so you are chained to your waiter, however busy he or she is. We had the onion rings(decidedly below average) and two sets of wings that were decent. I can’t complain about the wings, it is the one thing this place does more or less correctly, and the variety is refreshing. My wife couldn’t have the beer she likes, ’cause, «we’re out of that». Every time we come here, they seem short on something or other. I think we keep coming back to see what happens when they run out of wings. But the service… that was bad. The place is less than half-full. A couple tables are stocked with dirty dishes that still need to be cleaned up. Once seated, it took us a while for our server to introduce himself. Not his fault: he was covering more than half the occupied tables. But cross-training doesn’t seem to be the mode here. Our drink orders arrived after a bit of a wait. Our food order took longer. Refills? Forget it. I think our waiter, bless his heart, has mastered the«look right through you» skill when it comes to catching his eye. Again, not his fault, he was clearly overworked. But there were another half-dozen t-shirted employees who are standing around, talking shop or something else. Nice work, if you can get it. So, in summary: food, average, for a wings place that we do like for the wings. Overstaffed and under-managed, if you want my opinion. Learn how to keep a stock of food and beer on hand. And do some cross-training — our waiter can’t run the floor while everyone is busy socializing. If we come back, it will be for the wings — but likely nothing else, because you probably won’t have it.

Our waitress was very helpful describing all of the flavored of wings. When they came out they were crispy and very good! We also got the zucchini fires which were great.

We tried the chicken sandwich and the buffalo chicken quesadilla and it was really good. I really liked my quesadilla, it had just enough flavor. The service was a bit slow since it was a friday night but our waitress was really nice and apologized. Even the hostess was helping and i liked the team work!

Worst service ever. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon(there were only about 3 – 4 tables of people at the time) so basically it was empty. The waiter, I believe his name was Greg(that’s what the receipt said), was never at our table to serve us properly, but didn’t think much of it at first. By the time the check came, my younger cousin was counting her coins for the($ 48.49) check because we wanted to pay the exact amount of change, before we added our tip to the check. Greg walked by and rudely interrupted with his comment by saying«I don’t want your change.» And walked away. What kind of comment is that? We weren’t even intending to give him coins as his tip in the first place. We gave him a $ 6 tip in dollar bills to be decent human beings, but I thought I’d share my time at the buffalo wing factory with everyone on Unilocal in return. Worst experience here and will NEVER be coming back. Wings were delicious but I can find wings for just as good for WAY better service elsewhere.

Very happy with my first experience here. Menu is modest but interesting. We ordered the Loaded Chicken Nachos, a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and an order of boneless wings. The portions were generous and absolutely tasty! So much better quality than Buffalo Wild Wings. The breading on any chicken item was minimalistic and crispy. Sauces were great and our server(Danielle) was fantastic. We will be back.

This is the Fourth time we’ve gone here for beer and wings. The beer is good because the cooks don’t touch it. My wings are always barely warm, and when you order an appetizer they are bringing your wings within three minutes of the app being set on your table. It’s 2PM on a Saturday, why are you rushing me out of here? For three beers, and two order of wings it was $ 45. Place is average at best.

Buffalo Wing Factory is definitely the place to be if you love wings and burgers. Over the past few years a lot has changed within this establishment. The menus, some items on the menus, the prices, the to-go bags/boxes, etc. But one thing that hasn’t changed is the taste of the food. The service is also pretty good if you’re dining in. Sometimes when you’re picking up to-go, there isn’t anyone at the pick up area, and since it’s separated from the restaurant by a wall, it could take awhile for someone to help you unless you make your presence known. Otherwise, excellent service! Whether it’s a juicy burger, tender wings with delicious sauces, or their crispy buffalo chips, you just can’t go wrong. Whenever I’m at the restaurant, or ordering for pick up, I always have trouble deciding on whether I should get a burger or wings. Wings usually wins, though. Favorite wings sauce: Fire n Ice. It’s like a mix of blue cheese dressing with hot sauce. Perfect combination! It gives the wings a great flavor, and doesn’t burn your mouth! The honey mustard wings are good, as well, especially if you enjoy honey mustard! Buffalo Wing Factory is also home to the insanely spicy Flatliner. I’ve only tried it twice, and I can say it is without a doubt the spiciest thing I have ever eaten. Definitely try them out during their wing night(Thursday nights). It’s a great opportunity to try out the many sauces they offer. And it’s all you can eat!

I want to say this place isn’t as busy as it used to be. I remember coming on Thursday-Saturday nights and it would be so busy the wait is like 30 – 40 minutes, but I don’t see that as much anymore. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. They’ve always been good and nice, checking back often enough. The wings are always good. Well, the sauces are anyways. Sometimes the wings seem like they’ve been cooked too long or it’s overdone, but the sauce makes up for it I guess. Definitely get their curly fries! Love their curly fries! It crispy, just the way I like it. Obviously a good place to go if you also want to watch your favorite sports team playing. They have several tvs and will change the channel nearest you as long as no one else is really watching something on it or another one nearby is not already playing it.

The 3rd location to be reviewed for this franchise. Without a doubt this(and the other locations) are much much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Better food, better beer selections, better atmosphere, and better staff. This location also has the best interior décor out of the Ashburn and Sterling locations. They also had a new wing flavor: Peruvian Verde. It was spicy yet tasty and colorful since it was tossed in the green sauce. Hopefully the other locations have it. Other good items are the curly fries and the pizza fritters. The fritters are pizza hush puppies filled with mozzarella, marinara sauce, sausage and ham. Addicting and to die for. Haven’t had table service yet as I sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and patient so the service was solid in my book. I’ll still frequent Ashburn and Sterling since they are closer to me but I will stop in here if I’m in the area. Perhaps a location in DC should follow suite!
