Solid Breakfast spot, Food is well done and the portions are generous for the price. Aside from the good eats, this joint took me back to the awesome 80’s! Several game consoles and décor gave me the instant transport to my middle school days, living on Dr. Pepper and Ghost n’ Gobblins.

I’d been lurking for too long, There was finally an chance for me to try out megabyte last Friday. After circling the block I found the place and they had a decent stream of people. Being my first time I took a while to navigate the menu, they also have specials listed at the register. I was struggling with what to order between the steak and cheese and tacos. I settled on tacos, but not before I realized that you have to order all 3 tacos the same way, no mixing and matching. So I went with bulgogi beef tacos. They were really good, tasty, filling, and a little messy. They came with a side of sour cream but I don’t think its necessary. The manager/owner guy came by to see how the tacos were and the fellows behind the counter were also very nice. It’s not convenient for me with my location and their hours, but I’ll be going out of my way to come back and try some of their other items, mac n cheese egg rolls sounds insane.

Let me start by saying I am normally NOT a fan of Asian fusion places however this little café with heavy gaming influences is my only exception so far. I came in a little late at 2:20 so I felt bad(the hours are 7am-3pm) but the staff was warm and welcoming. I quickly ordered a chili cheese dog, cheer wine, and cheese tots. They serve Nathan’s hot dogs and also advertise that they«proudly serve» all boars head products. The food came out quickly and was all on point. The menu is HUGE with so many different things to choose from so I WILL be back. Tons of drink options and they even have a ton of snacks ranging from potato chips to kinder and hi-chew. Service gets 5 stars cause we came in late and they were still polite and prompt, and the manager checked in on us. All in all, take a chance with this place it’s a cool idea with a ton of options. There’s bound to be something on the menu that can satisfy your cravings.

another find on Unilocal.Attracted by the reviews and tech décor(I am a geek).I told the owner that I am gluten intolerant so he made my Banh mi with spicy work with a rice roll. He and the checkout guy were friendly and the whole staff seemed happy to work there. Although I got takeout I sat for 5 minutes while they made everything fresh. and the décor is very cool. retro computer chic. The portion was large and the meat perfectly seasoned. I’ve found another lunch spot in my home away from home: Chantilly, VA

It is easy to see why this is so highly rated. A must see adventure of great food and service. Glad I made the right turn and came in for the delicious bite to eat :)))) the owner Jin and his staff are very friendly! Plus they have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks and video games while you wait! I have tried many items on the menu! This is one of my favorite places to eat!

I don’t know if I can truly say I’m a fan yet, but I think it’s better than okay. It took them a long time to get our order, but the novelty was worth the wait. We ordered the Spam Musubi, Bacon Tot Bomb, Cheese Fries, Lemongrass Chicken Banh, and a rice bowl. Everything was okay or good, but certainly the most interesting was the Bacon Tot Bomb and Spam Musubi.

This place is wonderful. The food is interesting, and it’s prepared fresh on site. So many places are just microwaving food. I had an omelette, and it was just delicious. The service was great as well — so friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try lunch.

I have been always wanted to heck this place out since its open but never have time during their business hours. I finally got a chance to stop by an hour before they close(3PM). This place have most of famous Asian dishes like banh mi, bibimbap, chicken teriyaki bowl, etc. But they also have Philly cheesesteak subs and hot dogs. Spam musubi is the one thing I really wanted to try because I love spam and have seen many people had it while they were in San Diego or Hawaii. So it’s my first time eating it. I know for fact that the rice should be short grain rice, the one Japanese and Korean people use. However, they use long grain rice and its kinda dry which makes the rice doesn’t stick well and falls apart easily. Seasoning was good. I would def come back and check out other things. I wish they open on weekends or have longer weekday hours.

I was pretty impressed with this place, right off the bat. It’s an homage towards northern Virginia 80’s and 90’s nostalgia; especially if you’re Asian. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who owns the place, but, you’ll recognize him by his smile. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time otherwise, what’s not to love? I have only begun to explore their menu but I will say the banh mi, I had was pretty legit. This might be my new main stay at work. Great prices, great food, great value.

Mac and Cheese egg rolls are a must! The sandwiches are great and the total piggy is another favorite. Glad to be working out in the area again to enjoy their food, everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful when making decisions on what to try. Highly recommend it to anyone. Update: Eat a bacon bomb!

Loved this fusion of asian cuisine with sandwiches! The options are so many I had a hard time choosing lol I ended up playing it safe with a super tasty turkey and bacon sandwich with avocado yet I saw a gentleman next to me with a asian inspired sandwich that had me a little jealous, won’t lie. Very much looking forward to coming back and trying more options, especially because it was fast, good service, and the Mario Kart and Kung Fu movies on display sing to my heart!

Breakfast is great, Myself and two others had the ham, hash, cheese omelet and was very satisfying. Ive had their Mega Chicken and Cheese and was decent, nothing special. There was one incident i had made an order for a friend Veggies, 2 Eggs, & Cheese and they missed the veggies, unfortunately it was for a friend and was to go. The consumer of this wasnt to happy, 2nd chance he had tried the Steak, 2 Eggs, & Cheese and stated was plain, i had influenced him on the am, hash, cheese omelet which resulted in him giving up on this location. Another friend whom had tried a burger stated that its equivalent to five guys which im curious now. Would i come back, yes i would. Id look forward to trying the different entrees they have as its such a wide range of choices.

Really delicious. Every time I pop out of my Loudoun bubble, I breeze through and try something new. And every. single. time. it’s a win. Never disappointed. The café boasts video games and a relaxed cafeteria feel. The soda bar has every sort of condiment and plastic ware you could desire– Please try the birch beer. It’s really cute, well set up, with a rotating menu of delightfully naughty fusion– Bacon Mac & Cheese Bombs and Banh Mi’s, anyone? Also, the owners are nearly always there in some form, personally greeting customers giving the café a super warm feeling. Staff follows suit and is friendly as can be. Definitely stop here.

A small hidden gem. They offer a wide variety of food here ranging from sandwiches, burgers, spring rolls, bahn mi, tacos, rice dishes, and more! They are Korean owned so they do have a Korean taste spin to their food. I have tried their pork belly bahn mi and it reminded me of a Korean BBQ dish flavor on the pork belly on top of Vietnamese inspired bread, pickled veggies, etc. I have also had their spicy chicken and rice dish and the flavor of the chicken was very similar to the pork belly in the bahn mi. Not complaining, but it was definitely more Korean inspired than anything else. Oh btw, they also have nintendo games in the back side that you could play. I’d say give this place a try. They have a lot of different things to try out!

I literally gave them the best shot and ordered so many of the sandwiches that many here recommend but each one was just okay. I wanted to love them but I just imagine that they taste better after a night of drinking. Sorry guys.

I have eaten here four times now and everything has been delicious. altho I am currently addicted to the spicy chicken bowl(love all the veggies with the tender chicken) and the mac and cheese rolls with the chili cheese sauce. Their wrapper on their rolls is far superior to any I’ve had in this area. It’s crispy and perfectly fried and not at all undercooked or soggy. The décor is super cute and the employees are very friendly. If I worked closer, I’d be here for lunch a lot more often. Pro tip: Do not order a lot of mac and cheese rolls to eat later in the day. They don’t reheat quite right and aren’t nearly as good as when they are fresh.

I have been here twice for lunch and I will be back. The Spam Musibi was pretty good although not quite up to Hawaii standards. I think they need a little more sauce so it runs off the meat and down into the rice. There is a nice addition of egg between the spam and the rice and this will make a great breakfast for me someday soon. The Chicken teriyaki was average. The Bahn Mi was wonderful. A super fresh roll with a generous portion of meat and condiments. The staff here is as friendly as the other reviews state and they try very hard to ensure you are satisfied. I can’t wait to try breakfast here.

Had this place bookmarked for awhile and decided to finally give it a try. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating is available. I like the ambiance of this place, it’s very laid back and a good place to get lunch. We tried the Mega House Steak and Cheese, Chili and Cheese Dog, Spam Musubi, and Mac and Cheese Rolls. We enjoyed it all. The Mega House Steak and Cheese Sandwich is huge, you can definitely share this. Filled with tons of meat, onions, green peppers, and cheese. The chili in the chili cheese dog was on point. Well seasoned and hearty. I was excited to see Spam Musubi on their menu, reminds me of Hawaii. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever tasted, but still quite tasty and I’m just glad it’s offered. The Mac and Cheese Rolls are madd good. Mac and Cheese put in a spring roll wrap and served with melted cheese and chili. Dip the mac and cheese roll into the chili and cheese, outrageous! Great lunch spot!

The staff is very friendly. The cashier gave me great recommendations on which meat to choose from. The décor is very cute! I guess most people would consider it «nerdy» since it’s a gamers theme. The location is a bit difficult to find. It’s hidden in an area that looks like it’s meant for offices. The restaurant hours aren’t that great, I wish they were open on more days or at least longer hours. I would probably try something different the next time I go other than the burrito though. They’re menu has so much variety ranging from burgers to hotdogs to rice bowls and tacos/burritos! I had to give this place 3 stars though just because what I ordered wasn’t «OMG amazing I can eat this again» but I do recommend the rice bowls because the portion sizing for that is definitely worth the money! I’ll be going back to try something new soon enough though!

Discovered Megabytes 2 days ago and have eaten here twice now. Great and interesting food, great value. Plus free delivery! I’m in trouble. I highly recommend the spicy pork. It’s not too spicy — just a little bit of kick and lots of flavor. I’ve had it in the Mega Bowl, which made for a delicious and unique hot lunch, and in the Banh Mi sandwich, which was a little unconventional but one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Either makes for a big lunch. I’ll have to be careful and ration myself because if I ate here every day I’d have to start skipping dinner.

I’ve been meaning to try this place after having their Philly steak egg rolls at a comic book event. There are so many breakfast and lunch items, such as banh mi, spam musubi, and different wraps, sandwiches, and burritos. I ordered the breakfast wrap with hash browns, cheese, eggs, and ham this time and it was so good. The plan was to take it home to eat but once I took a bite in my car, I engulfed the entire thing before I got out of the driveway; just like a Pac Man(get it?). This place is a unique café in Chantilly. The tech pieces on the walls to the singing Asian electric water heater to the Mario Kart mints and to the Asian snacks of Hi Chew and rice cakes, all contribute to an awesome hangout spot with delicious and hard to find Asian fusion foods in the area.

Came here because of all the good reviews. I ordered the hot bah mi pork sandwich. I really enjoyed the sandwich and the fires were also crunchy and good! I like the atmosphere! It’s unique and that is hard to find in this chain restaurant world. All the staff seem to be very friendly and the owners obviously takes pride in his restaurant. I will definitely come here agin and try something else on the menu. The have so much to choose from! Thanks for a great lunch and time to decompress from work & busy life.

Had this place bookmarked for quite a while but am rarely in the area. Glad to finally have the chance to check it out. Very friendly guy who took my order, guessing he was the owner. Very nice guy. Happily answered what questions I had. Ordered the Curtis breakfast wrap. Which has Ham, Sausage, Bacon, 2 Eggs, Veggies, Hash Brown. Very yummy, great flavor, generous portion. Got through about 60% of it and was full. Very affordable for that and a bottle of water for $ 5 and change. Their hours make me sad. I want to take my husband here but he works 6am-3pm so I’m not sure when I will be able to bring him! They have so many things that look amazing, I can’t wait to come back! Certainly worth checking out.

One of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots in nova, too bad they don’t have weekend hours! Fantastic retro gaming and PC adorned interior. Basically an Asian fusion deli, with some game consoles and cheerful employees. Breakfast is an absolute steal with the wraps and omelettes. My favorite items on the menu however are: Breakfast– s’more French toast. Lunch– spicy pork Banh Mi. Forget santini’s and the other nearby nonsense, this is the place to be for a solid meal.

Megabytes is my go-to lunch spot whenever I find myself in Chantilly. They are open for breakfast and lunch, but close at 3pm on weekdays(however, they do open on some Saturdays(check their Instagram or FB page)! Everything here is great, from the asian-fusion subs to the rice bowls. Look out for their daily specials! I usually get the rice bowl for $ 7 that comes with an eggroll(and optional fried egg for $ 1 more). The owner is very friendly, and gave me two eggrolls today from when I wrote my previous review when they accidentally forgot to put one in my bowl. Kudos reaching out, and for the great customer service! The guy who usually works the cash register at the front is great each time we visit too. Whether you’re craving chili dogs, tater tots, a wrap, tacos, or even mac and cheese bombs, Megabytes Eatery has got you covered! Awesome food, cheap eats, and great people.

Hidden inside Chantilly’s business park lays Megabytes Eatery. I’ve wanted to try this place out for so long because of all the praise it received from both Unilocal, and personal references. Due to their M-F 7 – 3 hours, I was never really able to give them a try. That is, until today. When we first walked in, it looked like a normal café. It’s pretty far from that, however. Some of the walls are decorated with computer chips, theres a gaming station in the corner(that has N64, Super Nintendo, and some emulator I didn’t really look at), and food that tastes just as delicious as it looks, if not more. The menu has smaller than normal font, so at first glance it looks a bit intimidating. They sell sandwiches, subs, banh-mi, burgers, tacos, and many other things. They also have a variety of breakfast options. I had the spicy pork tacos, while my girl friend had the hot banh-mi. The spicy pork tacos were delicious and satisfying. Not quite so spicy as I had hoped, but that’s where the sriracha comes in handy. The hot banh-mi was flavorful and filling. Not the best banh-mi I’ve tasted, but it definitely still one of the top. We also ordered a «Tots with Cheese Wrapped in Bacon» bomb. Initially, we figured it would be a bunch of tots with cheese wrapped in bacon, but when we were given the basket, we found that it was just a bunch of tots meshed together, with cheese wrapped in bacon. Not exactly what we thought we were getting, but it was delicious nonetheless. We totally disregarded the«bomb» aspect of the item. Living not to far from this establishment, I plan on coming back again in the future and trying more of the many food items available!

I’ve been wanting to try Megabytes Eatery for quite some time, especially because their logo is Pac-Man chasing down on some food(SOCUTE!). This place has been around for about a year and is owned by Jin Choi(who is extremely nice and awesome!). The place offers snacks and fried goodies/Asian-fusion items like Mega Hot Banh Mi, Spam Musubi, Mac and Cheese Rolls, etc. I tried their Mega House Steak and Cheese(sliced ribeye steak, provolone, mozzarella, and Hellman’s mayo(you can also opt to include onions/peppers/mushrooms/lettuce/tomatoes, but I just had mine plain); this was on a crusty soft French Roll; the steak and cheese was pretty fresh-tasting and filling); a Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese(this shrinks in size, but with the cooking of it the 2nd time around, it was definitely crispy, hot, and what you would think a bacon-wrapped grilled cheese sandwich would taste like); Mac and Cheese Rolls(comes with 3 pieces; these were really large! Spring roll wrappers filled with macaroni and cheese and diced jalapenos; while the mac and cheese was slightly on the bland side, I liked how these came with a side of nacho cheese and chili to dip them in!); Mega Hurt Rolls(comes with 2 pieces with a side of spring roll sauce, these were just way too spicy for me; it was filled with marinated pork(kind of reminded me of jaeyookbokkeum); the hubs was more of a fan of these than I was); and, a Bacon Tot Bomb(just 1 piece, this was like a hackey-sack ball size of a tator tot, wrapped with bacon; this was my favorite out of the items as it was potato-y and crispy from the bacon). I loved how there was a retro Nintendo station set up in the back, featuring games like Mario Bros. and Tecmo Bowl: D and, the wall with the motherboards. I would love to come back and try out their Spam Musubi and their specials(like the fried squid). With such a friendly staff, fried goodies, and Nintendo, this is a cute little place in Chantilly! +Bacon Tot Bomb +Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese(ask for it to be extra well-done!) +Mega House Steak and Cheese +old school Nintendo games: D +delivery available +ask for Jin: D

Megabytes Eatery to the rescue! Just when my office was ready to call it quits in the search to find a new delivery spot for lunch, I did a new search on Unilocal and up pops Megabytes. Now, after ordering from here about five times, I can officially call it love. They deliver… which is super important, since I am chained to my desk. The people that answer the phone are super friendly and really efficient. The drivers are also really great… and carry a credit card scanner with them, so there is no more reading my card numbers over the phone. I’ve had… the Beef Teriyaki Mega Bowl and the Spicy Chicken Mega Bowl. The bowls come with a choice of white or brown rice, and a crispy veggie spring roll. They are packed full of cabbage, carrots, broccoli and pickled daikon. The spicy bowls have sort of like a kimchi sauce on it. They are just delicious. The spring rolls are crispy and delicious, and served with spicy fish sauce. I’ve also ordered the Mega Hot Bahn Mi — which is spicy pork, cabbage, carrots, cucumber and pickled daikon. It was absolutely delicious. My boss and I split an order of the Mac & Cheese egg rolls, honestly, just to see what they were like. It’s just what it says, mac and cheese, wrapped in egg roll papers and served with cheese sauce and chili. They are amazing… and will probably stop your heart if eaten in large quantities. My only beef with this place is that they are only open until 3pm weekdays, and closed on the weekend. Boo! They have breakfast too. I haven’t tried it yet… but I am sure it’s coming soon!
