Great place for a new york style deli. You walk in and its like your in ny with all of these sports signs, its really cool. The customer service is friendly and the sandwitches are amazing. I got a club sandwitch and it was great.

The pizza was flavorful, but thought they put too much cheese and not enough sauce. It was cold and doughy fast when I ordered a whole pie of cheese pizza for takeout. The pizza was not crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I suggest not to order pizza both in the restaurant and takeout. You can’t beat pizza in NYC.

Let me start by saying that I was expecting a NY style deli. This place only resembles a NY deli by having rude staff and a long wait. The food itself was not bad. I had the chili and a cornedbeef. To bad we were first in line to order and waited expectantly while watching staff rush around to fill what must have been phone orders since the place was 90% empty. We then waited while they filled condiments and then drink lids and so on. They ignored us totally for what felt like 10 min. When they walked up to take our order a woman with a pad mumbled something and does not even look at me. When I asked what kind of cheese she looked away and mumbled something I asked again and said I could not hear her. I got a sneer and eye roll. Normally I would know the cheese lady but your damn menu is 50 miles long and I couldn’t find it. Took forever to get all our food and of course my sandwich was left off because I had the audacity to ask Mrs order taker to repeat herself. Wait some more and finally I got my sandwich. Like I said the food tastes OK but the portion size is small and its expensive for what you get. I also got to watch a crowd build to place an order. The process is slow, outdated and frustrating. Improve the order taking and delivery and staff friendliness and you get two more stars.

I had a great sandwich there, I had them make for me, it is a ruben, with coleslaw instead of kraut, most excellent !

Great deli with a full compliment typical deli fare plus legit New York style pizza. Super hard working and friendly staff, very fast and efficient. Food is very fresh, high quality plus if you’re an eater… The portions are not sized right… Not grossly large. Just right!

Delicious! We got back to our hotel which is right by Santini’s after a day of walking several miles in DC and were exhausted, didn’t want to go out and starving so like lazy people we decided to get pizza and eat in our room. We called in an order for pick up and it was ready by the time we got there 15 minutes later. The desserts looked amazing when I went in but I didn’t get any. I liked the atmosphere of the place too… kind of reminded me of an old mall pizza place. We got a large extra cheese and an order of fries which ended up being around $ 19, not bad, certainly comparable to any other pizza place. The slices were huge, really cheesy and the sauce was good with the perfect amount on it. Fries were really good too. Great choice! I’m so happy it was by our hotel and we opted for lazy dinner.

On my way back home, via IAD, I decided to get a sandwich on the plane, instead of buying one of those airplane foods. I chose this place for Unilocal and its name. The pastrami sandwich is quite decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t make this a destination, but would definitely recommend to local. But I figure they already knew that.

A go to for pizzas and subs in the area. Portions are large and menu has something for adults and kids. Tons of TVs to watch the games too, it’s a good place to meet up With your buddies.

My husband had the steak and cheese sub which he enjoyed. My chicken noodle soup was«meh». Best way to describe the flavor of the broth? Reminded me of a potent multivitamin aftertaste. The cakes look amazing. I bought the Island cake which looks like thin layers of yellow cake and chocolate icing.

This was my first visit. The steak & cheese described on the menu as thinly sliced prime rib was actually overcooked bits of meat. Hardly any onions or cheese either. The potato salad was very bland with more EGG than potato. I ordered a strawberry shortcake but was actually charged a dollar more for a devil’s food cake, I later saw on the receipt. Including a fountain drink(medium small cups in one size) at $ 1.75, the total for my lunch was $ 20.78. The restaurant is nice & clean & the staff friendly, but definitely not a deli I will recommend or return to.

This place has been one of my favorite places to get a steak and cheese. I like to order it with everything on it, which includes a slightly spicy pepper. Everything on the menu is worth eating. The Chantilly location is significantly less busy compared to the McLean location.

Pizza was wonderful. Authentic, fold-it-in-half New York style pizza. And the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Santini’s is great and has really fast service. They have a large selection of both hot and cold subs and pizza. Also the dining area is quite large and can seat folks even during rush hour. Ample parking as well.

Love their French fries. Beyond that the pizza is tasty and the assortment of sandwiches means there’s something for everyone. It’s cafeteria style open seating and of you’re a sports fan there’s always a game or two or four showing.

Came here on for a Saturday lunch with the boy. He had the chicken parm sub and I have the chicken Philly. Both were delish. We also ordered a side of curly fries. The service was great for a seat yourself place and we experienced smiling faces all around. He has been here several times for lunch and keeps returning for more. I am glad its a chain in the area and will stop by for a good sub again soon!

There is a reason this place is always packed for lunch… Great location. But also, Santini’s is by far the best place I’ve tried for lunch here in Chantilly. The lamb gyro with cucumber sauce and meatball sub were quite good. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on their lengthy menu. The service is fast, friendly, and worth your money. Give it a go!

I drive by Santini’s every day, but I hate to admit that I’d never stopped to grab lunch. I’m happy to announce I’ll be adding it to the regular rotation. I do wish they delivered, that would be dangerous. Leah S. came to visit and brought lunch with her… we decided on Santini’s and after a quick glance at the menu I called in our order. The gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant, took our order, gave me a total and asked the name of the person who was picking up. Totally painless process. Leah arrived carrying a bag with the distinct aroma of grilled onions… and French fries! She ordered an Italian… my boss, the chicken fingers, and I, the Santini. I went back and forth with what to get since I was craving a Ruben, but based on some rave reviews on the Santini, I opted for that. Grilled Italian sausage, grilled onions and green peppers. That’s it. It was fantastic! The Italian sausage kept the bread from making the sub a little too dry… but I wouldn’t be past having them add cheese to it the next time I order to kick it up a notch. We also ordered an arrangement of fries, steak, curly and the spicy Santini. The steak fries are just that, thick slices of taters. The Santini fries are thin shoestring, topped with Old Bay. They were good, but I was hoping to get something spicy! I am looking forward to getting some other menu items, I’ll update as I do.
