Comfortable room. Stove and large refrigerator are great for people who prefer to make their own meals when traveling. Quiet and convenient location– assuming you WANT to be out in the suburbs 30 miles from DC. The one minus from my perspective was that the breakfast buffet is about the saddest one I’ve seen in their class. Reconstituted eggs, no meats, stale bread and bagels, and a bit of prepackaged sugary crap. I eat better at a 7-Eleven.

Special thank you to Doreen for making our visit extra comfortable. Thanks for the advice on where to find what we’re looking for and great places to eat! Wonderful employee and front desk woman. Really appreciate the customer service here at TownPlace Suites by Marriot! The early bird catches the worm!

I wish I could give negative stars. This hotel is awful. Beware the have cockroaches. I unfortunately read the reviews after I had made my reservation and was praying the bad reviews were exaggerated well, they were right on point.

I will never stay here again. It was gross and had the feel of living in public housing(on welfare) rather than being on a business trip. The rooms were gross and the service was lacking. The staff were very pleasant tried hard with what they had, but it was lame. I was in the second building on the third floor. Meaning I had to cross the parking lot and walk up three flights of stairs to get to my room. The breakfast service was pathetic. I went to a restaurant every morning instead. I’m recommending this is removed from our corporate travel offering.

We wanted a two bedroom suite for our recent trip to DC. We were excited that we were going to have extra space to be comfortable and free wifi access. NO on both expectations, the room was horrible and small, and the wifi(not wifi) was wired. This hotel totally misrepresented itself and needless to say, we checked out after staying only one night. I was very disappointed that a national hotel chain is this terrible. The staff seemed to understand that it wasn’t what it was billed as, but yet they couldn’t do anything about it. Sad.

The room was clean. The temperature controls might have worked. The kitchenette had an oven and a four-burner stove! It’s a great place to camp out while on a project. Unless you need high-speed Internet. I could connect, but not rapidly(don’t try to stream Netflix), and got no Wi-Fi at all(even though it showed up on the screen). There are many food options in the neighborhood, most of them franchised, and none of them great. But hey, you have a place to cook! There’s even a gas grill outside(though I didn’t check it). I wouldn’t come here with kids; the pool’s tiny, outdoors, and next to the parking lot. Yeah, it is in the flight path and you can hear airplanes. It’s nowhere near the Metro(a 20 minute drive to a full lot/garage that doesn’t tell you when it’s full, just tickets you if you try to carve out a bonus spot). But there are plenty of businesses nearby that probably need consultants. There are also several hotels in this band on this street. The bed isn’t heavenly, but this isn’t a Westin. It’s a TownePlace Suites in a far suburb. You get what you sign up for, and these folks deliver just that.

Clean rooms, room Internet modem was malfunctioning not allowing full access, directly under the Dulles flight path & minimalist of cold breakfast with no seating(take back to room). Small outdoor pool, kitchenettes.
