Starbucks

I try and place a mobile order in the mornings on the way to work. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s ready when I get there and other times, I have to wait as if I placed the order after getting there. Isn’t that the whole point of mobile orders? And when you pick up a mobile order, you’ve got to flag someone down instead of them paying attention to the pick up area which sucks when it’s super busy.
It also seems like these Baristas are in a hurry and never measure out my black tea lemonade which is either too tart or too much tea or not sweet enough. Wish it was more consistent.

I’ve always had a good experience here, my coffee is always what I want and if not they will kindly remake it.

A mop and broom is greatly needed… and maybe an employee or two that actually care about doing well at their job… I have never been to a more disgusting Starbucks. How can there be so many crumbs and trash all over by 8am!!! As if that isn’t enough, the staff is snarky and unprofessional in their interactions with customers. Where is the management for this store? My teenage daughter could run this place in a much more efficient and professional way and has better manners than the people working here… go inside the Harris Teeter for better service and more sanitary environment.

Rude staff and dirty floors and tables. I expected a new place to be clean but when you have a careless staff that’s impossible.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks! The staff is always incredibly friendly, and treat you like an old friend. They have been short-​staffed lately, which can result in longer wait times, but the staff always maintain their smiles and positive attitude, while working hard to accommodate their large volumes of patrons. It can’t always be easy to keep your cool under pressure, so they deserve a huge pat on the back! :)
Lauren and Mariah specifically are very sweet, and always provide incredible customer service!
In addition to the great customer service, the quality of drinks is very consistent. I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks, in almost 2 years of patronage — Rock on, guys!

I’m not sure what has happened lately, but in the past few weeks this has gone from one of my favorite Starbucks with awesome service, to one of the slowest I’ve ever seen. The drive thru line now takes an average of 17 mins to get through, with several times being well over 20. I sure hope they get their act together soon, because I was going every day, but have pulled out of line and left several times in the last week (including today) due to the delays.

I come in here often — but I have to say this is one of those days where I question my loyalty to this store. It is disgusting in here. It appears that they didn’t bother to clean last night. There is dirt and food and trash on the floor that isn’t from this morning. It is in the corners and on the table bases. It is on the window seals. The picture frames haven’t been dusted. This is a busy store — but come on guys. Looks like you need some adult supervision.
Still a dirty place.

Went here today because I had gotten a free birthday drink. I didn’t know the free birthday drink expired. Sean at the register didn’t want me to not get my birthday drink, so he gave me a free drink. I wasn’t going to but I bought another drink AND I am going to make sure I got to this Starbucks as much I can from now on.

Here’s the thing – I don’t really consider Starbucks a 5 star coffee establishment, anywhere. Sometimes the coffee is amazing (like today, sipping amazingly succulent Sumatra brew…), other times it just tastes burnt and harsh. Everything is way too expensive (and they just raised the prices too). The staff are often bored and unattentive (or just missing), the lines are often long and frustrating. You are forced to endure all this due to limited choices.
BUT…some Starbucks locations are real gems. This is one of them. It is always fully staffed with energetic people. The seating is spacious and almost cozy. The music is just right, background and not distracting. Consistent food and coffee. Nice outdoor seating. And perhaps best of all on top of all this, absolutely amazing free WiFi – after noticing my 12MB file upload sync in about 2 seconds (wow!), I did a speedtest and got 56Mbps down and 60Mbps up. That may be a new record, just exemplary.
This Starbucks location rocks and is my go-​to a few times a week for a change of scenery working over coffee and a sandwich. :)

My go to place «aka» 2^nd home office away from my home office! Very clean and tidy, great setup and an ample amount of seating. As busy as they get, there’s usually never a line. It can tend to get loud (mostly coming from the baristas working their magic) so I don’t recommend you working from here if you have an important conference call, etc. Overall… I’m just glad they opened this location in South Riding b/​c I wasn’t really a fan of going to the Starbucks within Harris Teeter (which is still there btw)

I love that this location has a drive thru! I stopped by before heading to work. It makes it so much easier to use the drive thru. The staff was friendly, even at the wee hours of the morning. I love the bacon Gouda sandwich.

The best Starbucks in the Aldie area. They almost everytime make perfect drinks. When you order a Frappaciuno you get a nice and thick frappé. Unlike other Starbucks franchise stores they make it watery.
So if you LIOE FRAPPS come and get it here.
Oh and plus they have a drive-​thru window. So that saves time.

I wish every Starbucks had a drive-​thru like this location. It’s convenient when you’re on the go and need a little pick-​me-​up before sitting in traffic for the long haul. The staff here is very friendly and drinks are served up pretty quickly.

This is my go-​to Starbucks. What I love about this one is that they have a drive-​thru. Even though the lines can get pretty long, especially during summer, it moves pretty fast. The baristas are very friendly and they haven’t messed up my crazy complicated orders yet.
Inside is pretty big and has comfy couches and chairs. They’re always stocked up on and and carry a variety of coffee beans, mugs, tumblers, etc. so you can shop or look around while waiting for your drink.
Location couldn’t be any more perfect. It’s located right off U.S. 50 so now people can sit through that grueling daily traffic with coffee in their hand.

Gotta get my afternoon fix! I opt for the grande skim double dirty chi and as always, its on point. The barista even giggled when I said my drink 3 times because I kept saying it in a different order and was very friendly and helpful. Never anything but great service here even at their busiest times. Did I mention this is delicious?!

It’s Starbucks. They are practically everywhere.
Why I’m a fan of this location:
–Convenient. Super close to my crib
–They have a drive-​thru and it moves quick
–Employees are always friendly
–Drinks and baked goods are fresh
–Indoor and outdoor seating available
–Interior is clean and organized
There aren’t a whole lot of coffee/​tea joints in my neck of the woods. I appreciate that Starbucks exists here. I’m also grateful that they participate in my churches gift card program. Whenever we buy a Starbucks gift card at church, Starbucks gives a portion of that amount to help our church.
Sweetness all around.

The convenience of this location and the fact that it has a drive thru make this particular Starbucks a ‘go to’ place in my book. I’ve visited 2x now and had no real complaints, aside from the fact that during my 2^nd visit the person taking my order failed to cancel the breakfast sandwich I’d initially asked for, but subsequently cancelled. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt and blaming the miscommunication on faulty drive thru speaker reception. Plus he was very friendly at the drive thru window — gave me a bright smile and cheerful ‘good morning’ — which always goes a long way in my book. He also pointed out that I got a $ 0.50 discount for ordering 2 cake pops in a single order — Nice!
As for the rest of my order, my Caramel Flan Latte was nice and hot and prepared just as I’d requested.

I stumbled across this Starbucks earlier today. It’s located in a fairly new retail complex off of U.S. 50. It’s been open for about one month.
Ordered a small, bold coffee. Was strong and delicious!
This location had a decent amount of seating inside, a few tables outside, and a Drive Thru.

Brand New Starbucks opened this past Saturday and I tested them out to see how they would do. Best thing about them is that they have a DRIVE THROUGH!
Woohooo!!! Maybe not so great for commuters in the morning if there is more traffic because of them, but they were fast, accurate and had baristas with good personalities.
Excited this is a block from my house… of course maybe not too excited if I frequent it too much…
