Closest location… pretty consistent quality… might order a 6 footer for this years Super Bowl!

I have to start by saying this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Subway. The quality of the food is excellent, if you are the lucky one that gets them to make it correctly, and don’t expect them to re-make the sandwich if they screw up. They also are always trying to nickel and dime you over extras or their specials. I.e. You can’t get a 5 dollar foot long and split it in half, they’ll charge you 4 dollars per 6 inch. I definitely expect more from anyone in the service business.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS … unless you are going to give them a perfect score on their survey. I love Subway. I love it so much that my boyfriend’s mother gave me a subway gift card for christmas! So since I work right across the street, I have been going here for a while now. But two days ago, I filled out their survey for the first time. All I wanted was a free cookie! That particular day, this subway was busy. There were only two people working, which included the cash registar, and boy, it was crazy hectic. I also noticed that there was a slice of pepperoni in the turkey section… meat contamination?! So I gave 4 stars on the survey, for this particular visit. Yesterday, so the day after I filled out the survey, I stopped in again. The store was empty, and a lady acknowledged me! for the first time! By the time I got to the cashier, the owner? manager? went off at me. She SCREAMED and YELLED at me, saying that she knew I filled out a survey yesterday and gave her a bad review. She also said that she knew it was me because she TRACKED me down with the receipt. I felt so VIOLATED. I calmly told her what I saw yesterday, and that was why I gave her 4 stars. Then I also said that I like this subway, so I have been coming here often. But she didnt care. She kept screaming and yelling at me. I asked her MULTIPLE times to not scream at me, and to lower her voice but she refused to. I gently asked her to ring me up so I can pay for my food and leave and she kept screaming at me about how she had a perfect record until I came along. She even asked me where I worked. Why would you ask me that?! Are you planning on hunting me down at my work place? So DISRESPECTFUL. I actually walked out of the store with tears in my eyes and bawled in the parking lot. I told her that this store generally has good customer service but it was that one day, that one day I filled the survey, to which I had noticed somethings. Come on, meat contamination! But no, she would not listen, but only yell and scream at me. I am NEVER going to this location again. And no, I never got me free cookie.

One of the friendliest Subway’s I’ve been to in a long time! Zara was overly apologetic(which was not needed) and sincere about the wait to place an order. The restaurant was very clean and had Miss Vickie’s Jalapeño potato chips, a very rare find for me.

There’s a new Subway in the hood! This location is just beside the Shoppers Food Warehouse In the Sully Plaza Shopping Center near Route 50& Centerville Rd. This place is super clean! Larger than most other locations, plenty of tables for sit down dining.
