One of the more painful events of my life. Jason is a nice person but he should not be the boss. I ended up with a house that was 5 months late and it was not his fault. That is all I heard for 15 long months. Show up to have a status check and no one is there and he tells me «what you want me to do, they don’t call me back. Oh that is exactly what you want to hear from your GC. The most amazing part is I gave him a shot at redemption in the end. And he blew it. All he would have to do is send me the paint codes they used when the had to repaint my house. That was July that I asked and never got them. This company needs a grown up in charge! I had two liens put on the house due to lack of him paying subs. My plumber came out only because he felt sorry for us. Jason owed him 13,000 on another home and I guess using my draw funds to pay for the other guy. Finally I sent him a text telling him to keep the paint codes and just never bother me again. Most grown ups would not let this be the final word, but like I said I was not dealing with a grown up! Even though the house was 90% right he is just not worth the trouble.

This is not a company that you want to deal with. Timeframes are not adhered to, They are in financial distress and borrow from one project to pay off another project causing liens on your home construction and contractors dont get paid, Very difficult to get the owner Jason to respond to you via email or phone.
This was my experience with them and I spoke with two other people who were having homes built by them who were having the same experiences.
