Burger King

This particular location doesn’t believe in customer service. I go to this location often as it is close to my job. Service is usually ok but yesterday was terrible. There were employees in uniform behind the counter texting on their cell phone. The Coke freestyle machine was empty which it has been lately and that is part of the reason I go there. I went back to the counter after I ate to order something else and there were 4 employees standing behind the counter by the food station and not one of them acknowledged me. I left and will not be going back.

This place is a joke. You can be the only person at the drive thru, and you end up waiting 15+ minutes. Don’t even consider this location for an icee or milkshake. The machines are apparently permanently broken.

Ugh! I get disappointed every time I come here, but I still come because 1) I’m trying to give them a chance to impress me for once 2) it’s location is convenient.
I usually come here for breakfast. My husband ALWAYS asks for no cheese on his sandwich and they will get that right about 40% of the time… if I say it once. However, if I tell them «no cheese» about 4 times, then the likelihood of getting it right goes up to 90%.
The drive-​thru is rarely ever busy and yet, I always find that I get told to move up past the window to wait for our food.
Indoors, it’s pretty standard across other BKs. I’ve never seen it terribly clean, so they’ve been doing a good job in keeping the place decent.
Once they get their customer service, accuracy, efficiency and attitude in check… I’ll give them 5 stars.

Oof. A mess. This Burger King had dirty, sticky counters and trash.
I’d have been more understanding if they’d been busy, but with all of 3 people in the restaurant and an empty drive through I don’t see any excuse.
Food wasn’t very hot. No ice in the drink machine. Employees were at least polite…

Literally the worst fast food restaurant in West Ashley. Drive thru wasn’t working? We couldn’t get a Sundae, smoothie or shake because everything was broken. Everyone was rude and taking their sweet time. I live right up the road and will never ever go back to that disgusting place.

Day time service and food is up to standard with expectations from any BK.
Night food and service sucks pretty badly. Especially at 10pm on 7÷25÷15. Gentleman working the window (I presume newly promoted manager as he felt the ability to be informal and address me with «man») was light hearted but was terribly ineffective. BK take note to retrain.
Lines were backed up. Incorrect order price (more expensive) was asked for at the window. When I corrected him, he said «how’d you know it wasn’t that price?» The audacity of the question brought to my attention that maybe he would’ve actually swindled me and charged me more. It’s just unheard of for a chain restaurant. This ain’t no mom and pop.
Also, I waited for a quite a bit and saw two customers that were behind us able to get their food before our food. Our food was just chilling there like a wall flower.
Anyways, got to let BK know so that they can improve their business’s customer service and product consistency/​quality at this location.

This Burger King location knows how to make a Whopper. I frequent this place quite often because the 2 for 1 Whopper coupons and $ 1.49 nuggets are such a good deal. We made a comment one time to the sandwich maker about how awesome the Whoppers were made. They looked just like the picture and tasted great. They really appreciated that, and we usually get taken care of very well when we go in there now. Good people and a good place to dine at as far as fast food goes.

Strangely when I visit my parents and offer to take them out to eat, they will invariably want to go to a chain. On this occasion, it was Burger King. Really? Burger King?
At least this particular location is relatively convenient, easy to get into and out of, and is friendly. As to the menu, there isn’t anything special — it’s the same thing you can get at just about any other BK anywhere else in the country.

Normally I never frequent fast food restaurants. Nothing personal, I just prefer to eat a little bit more nutritiously. After about 5 commercials promoting the new fruit smoothies and frappé drinks for $ 1.00 this Memorial Day Weekend, I thought I would get a strawberry smoothie for my friend I was going to visit in the hospital.
First, she was just rude. No way to spin it. Second, she indicated it ended in the morning. The commercials made no indication of a time and I went not more than 20 minutes after seeing the last commercial.
I think that is an overall bad customer experience.
