Awesome shop and their customer service is terrific. I bought a mountain bike there and they talked to me for about 20 minutes about my needs and didn’t try to sell me more bike than I needed and I never felt any pressure to purchased. Later, I went there for a bike fitting for my road bike and I couldn’t be more pleased. The bike fitter was extremely knowledgable and meticulous. My interactions with all the staff have been awesome.

What a nice shop. I had a worn tire and needed a new one. They simply looked at my tire, found one like it, said that they would try and save the insert. In front of me, what a surprise, they took off the tire and showed me the bad rubber insert. No tricks, just great service. Bought the new tire and rubber insert, no pressure to buy anything else. By the way, he fixed it in front of me, and gave me a very low price. Thank goodness for honest shops like this. Guess where I will be buying my wife’s new bike?

The staff here is extremely helpful. They came and looked at my biked, looked all over for what i needed. The customer service is great. I didn’t get what I needed but I had a positive experience.

Took my bike in to have it checked out as it was not shifting well. Staff was very attentive and offered great explanations and options for service. Instead of just fixing one issue, I opted for a full check up. I am so pleased with their promptness and excellent work! The bike now rides the best it has ever done! Highly recommended for your bike check ups & repairs!

I brought them a bike that I had bought somewhere else for a repair and they were very helpful and friendly. They charged a fair price and made the repairs pretty quickly within a day or two. I would definitely go back and recommend them to my friends.

I brought them my cheap Target bike to be repaired. They replaced the gear system and repaired the breaks for about $ 60. The bike runs very well now. The staff was very friendly.
