UNRESPONSIVE. Especially when the work is completed, and the final payment is collected.
Jake Girard came to our house, gave a quote, and we thought it was competitive. Little did we know that it would be impossible to bring him back to fix his work. He was very unresponsive, when he finally responded, he was very short with my husband, unprofessional and borderline rude.
Advice to others:
1. Do not fall a «competitive quote». You get what you pay for.
2. Do not pay him until the work is approved by HOA, otherwise you will never have him come back and bring the work to compliance for free.

We recently had Frontline Fencing install a wooden fence and gate at our dock at Folly Beach. Jake Girard provided us with a quote which was very reasonable and the final bill upon completion came to be less than the original quote. Jake obtained all the city permits, determined the code requirements, etc. The new fence is extremely solid and well crafted. We are very pleased with his work.

Excellent work done. They were quick responsive and made this whole process for my wife and I easy as could be for first time homeowners. Its been up just a week and already have had numerous complements from neighbors and gave frontline some potential new customers. Excellent service and excellent group of workers. Would highly recommend!
Im not sure what the issue was with review below but I had no issues whatsoever. Sometimes its the customer but this one couldnt be happier. Ps frontline fencing had the best quotes from all the ones we got estimates for (even c&s)

I called Frontline and set up an estimate to have a fence installed at our new house. We hadn’t yet moved in so we show up 30 minutes before the estimate time only to see a note on the front door that said, «We showed up early and you weren’t home. We lost your number so please call us to reschedule.»
First of all, how early did you show up and secondly how do you just leave an appointment like that?! What’s even worse is that after I called back to reschedule YOU NEVER RETURNED MY CALL!
Luckily I found C&S Fences that did a GREAT job at a very good price. Give them a call because apparently Frontline doesn’t care about doing any actual business.
PS They only got a 1 star because I couldn’t leave it blank.
