Charleston, SC
They delivered the pizza to the wrong house and closed after it was delivered. After calling they said they would deliver a new one in the morning. Talking to someone in the morning, they refused to deliver another pizza or a refund. The manager was SO RUDE it was unreal, after finding the pizza on a neighbors porch they finally agreed to send another pizza and they charged us ANOTHER delivery fee.
Absolutely ridiculous, clearly have no clue how to conduct business. Truly incompetent.
