I have nothing bad to say about this Pizza Hut. They were courteous on the phone when I ordered. They projected an hour for the wait and it was delivered about 20 minutes ahead of schedule! The delivery guy was super polite. Th pizza is good. The toppings look fresh. It tastes good. My 2 boys(4&11) liked it. Thumbs up! I would order from here again.(:

The only reason I even bother with this Pizza Hut is for my daughter’s Book It coupons. We always have to call several times before someone answers the phone so we can place our order. They never know how to input the free pizza coupon, so we’re left on hold while they get a manager. The most recent time we stopped in, the lady yelled at my husband that she wouldn’t accept my daughter’s free Book It pizza coupon because we waited outside while he ran in. She said she needed to see our daughter to redeem it, despite the fact that she has never gone inside when we’ve redeemed the coupon in the past. They’re always empty, and no wonder! At least you’ll have no problem with parking.

Ordered pizza, stated a 45 minute delivery time. Call back an hour later to check on our order… They voided it because we were outside the delivery zone! No phone call or anything. The woman on the phone told my husband the cashier was new, but made it seem like we were at fault. You’ve lost a customer!

Do not eat here if you care about your health! Marina sauce was the consistency of water and they put the marinara sauce smack dab on top of the breadsticks which in turn left a big hole in the bread. Very careless! MY fiancée was afraid to eat the pizza because of what the marinara sauce looked like so he had to go to work without dinner. 12 hour shift by the way! Called the store and filed a complaint, it was not until I advised him that I will be in the store to give back my inedible food that he said they would give me an in store credit. It did not hit me until a few moments later that he said instore credit instead of refund. After realizing this I called back to the store and spoke with the general manager Steven who explained that he was notified of the complaint and he had his staff turn down the temp on the sauce because it was way too high. When I mentioned to him about the sauce being placed directly on top of the breadsticks he said he was not informed about that part of the complaint and did not have anything to say regarding that. We travel all around the country and have ordered from many different locations and this is by far the worst. The general manager offered to send another order out which only upset me more because it proved he was not listening to me. I already advised him that my fiancée had to leave for work so he would be unable to eat it so why would you send another order. He also did not offer a refund. He stated I don’t know what you want me to do, I asked him«so are telling me you cannot give me a refund? He said he would have to get approval. Really, a general manager does not have authority to issue a refund. So it was obvious to me at that point that they just did not care and was lying to me. The fact that my fiancée was unable to eat his meal prior to work I think should have been reason enough to issue a refund! I read reviews of the location and the folly location and sounds like none of them are any good around here. I agree with the other review I read. Eat anywhere but here! Also, the last pizza we ordered from here last week did not taste very good either but we thought we would give them one more chance. Will be notifying the health dept. which my father works for.
