I had a good experience at Style Exchange. The service was prompt and friendly. The gentleman helping me even kept an eye on my little one so I could carry in my container. He purchased several of my items and told me that they love Carolina and Clemson stuff so if I have other items bring those by. I have since made another drop and sale of items. All of the clothes I brought in weren’t purchased but some were an older style Limited, Ann Taylor etc. The look of the store was more hip. Designer items, skinny jeans, and hip tops. I enjoyed my experience and felt the owner was fair and very kind helping me with my child. I would go back and recommend this place to others.

Stylez Exchange is a Fashion Haus; a hallmark, a bastion. Soundtrack included Colbie Callait’s ‘bubbly’ and ‘Love Story’ by Taylor Swift. Clothing, while appropriately made and abundant, was overpriced for a secondhand operation. I do wish they had more of a selection for non-corporeal beings(vapors, sprites, and draiads such as myself) Watch out for the wheelchair guy in the parking lot. You’ll think he’s having you forward but he’s NOT.

Piss poor customer service, no continuity in buying and a mediocre shopping selection on a good day. I could get past items 2 and 3 if selling were a more pleasant experience but it isn’t. They lowball you or don’t buy at all, and no one has been friendly the few times I’ve gone in. Don’t waste your time.

Platos closet-ish. Tons of product, organized super well. BUT… The owner is super pushy and will follow you around the store talking to you(I had my phone up my ear, and he continued to talk) also a little aggressive, he asked where I was from, since I mentioned bringing in a ton of pieces from ‘the buckle’ and there isn’t a ‘buckle’ in Charleston, and then proceeded to make rude comments about my hometown, Detroit. Keep it to yourself, dude. You’ve lost a customer.
