Supercuts

Went in with no idea what to expect because with the chain places you usually get stylists who are working on improving their skills while preparing to move up to their own salon or a more exclusive salon. However, I was very pleased that the cut was exactly what I asked for, and the stylist (Chris) took the time to make sure that each section of my hair was cut and sculpted the way that I wanted it to be. Very professional and clearly you could see that he cared about his work and the end result. I’m sure that I’ll be back in another month when my hair is longer, and hopefully can get the same results with that visit.

Was going to treat a friend to a haircut… walked in, sat down for a bit… noone said hello or be with you soon… or nothing… got up and walked out. That’s the end.

Silly me, thinking I could go here for an easy trim on my long hair for a bargain. I got a lopsided, blunt cut in about 15 minutes and paid nearly $ 40 for it. After complaining on their website, I was told I would be contacted by the District Leader to handle it… never heard from anyone. Their «satisfaction guarantee» allows you to go back in and have it fixed, but never will I go back. I went to a legit salon (Piccolo just down the street), paid only slightly more, and got my hair fixed. Although now it’s about 3″ shorter than it needs to be, thanks to Supercuts’ stellar skills…
Edit: I just got a call from the DL, she said she’d tried to call me several times (call log says I missed one call from her over a week ago, no message was left), and that she could only refund the $ 13.95 for the haircut. I told her I paid $ 33.95 for the cut because my hair was so long, which is what my «stylist» told me. «Due to the length of your hair, it’ll be $ 33.95,» nothing about the fact that this is for shampoo and blowdry, something I would’ve turned down if she’d said it this way. So, zero stars for the haircut, zero for customer service, and zero for Supercuts. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction.

Good decent haircut. Fast service. Hairdresser understands what I wanted. Reasonably priced. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience. I came in with a picture of what I wanted which was VERY short compared to what I normally get. I explained this and my barber started the cut longer and we worked down to see what I was comfortable with. A fantastic haircut and what really impressed me was when I asked for hair product he showed me quite a few, even the cheapest. Would recommend this location to anybody that needs a cut.

I didn’t personally get my hair cut here, but my boyfriend did and it was an overall great experience. The guy was very patient and friendly, and the cut turned out great! I’m sure we will be back soon!
