Pretty much the brunch spot for Avondale. Crafts of mimosa at low, low prices. If the weather is good, expect a wait, but it’s usually not too bad. In addition, you can order previously mentioned craft and partake during your wait. I had the pigs in the blanket, which was pretty good, so if I’m back that will end up being my go-to pick. Bottom Line: Affordable Sunday Brunch Spot.

This was my second time eating dinner at the Triangle in Charleston SC and both times I would say I have had good experiences for the most part. As far as the burgers go I am very impressed, they are very creative with them and they taste so good. This restaurant also has a very cool atmosphere as well which is very unique. Unfortunately on this past visit our waitress was a young girl and it seemed like we were a bit of a burden for her from the time we got there. On top of that she forgot one of our orders and it took a while for one of the girls in our group to get her food. To her defense she did admit it was her error so I do appreciate her honesty. I always say you never know what someone is going through so I would still very much recommend this place and I just hope you experience a smiling happy face with your meal!

Good food and drinks! I got the smoked salmon Benedict with fruit and cheese grits and my husband got the pork sandwich with fries. Only thing I can comment on that needs work is the service, it was a little lackluster. Definitely will be back.

I love Triangle. Whether it’s the West Ashley venue, or the North Charleston one. They have great drink specials, amazing burgers, and they have fantastic tacos. Go by on Tuesdays for a bigger taco list and you can choose what ones you want for only $ 3.00 each.

Chill atmosphere. Solid selection of beers. Bartenders a little complacent on getting orders. Waited a hot minute to get an order through. Food was enjoyable.

Three and a half stars, but I bumped them up because I had a blast here last Sunday! Can’t say much about the food, since I only noshed on the lox app(they did give me an ample portion of lox, capers, onion and a nice dill cream cheese topping on every cracker, which was yummy) but I really came here for the Southbound Beermosa promotion, which is going to stick around until they run out of kegs– GO drink some if you see this review over the next few weeks! Beermosas = Southbound Whit + a splash of OJ. This is great for those of us who don’t really fancy champagne cocktails and like really good beer and need a good excuse to drink it before noon(i.e.- moi). However, for those who do like the bubbly– this is the place for you with $ 7 mimosa carafes on the weekend! No wonder this place is so busy! And the carafes are no joke. They pour a bottle in there for you with a hint of OJ. Solid. Their Bloody Mary selection was also impressive– you get to choose your vodka, mix, rim and garnish. I tried the Titos with Charleston Mix, Cajun rim and olives: highly recommend it! Rest of the beer list was OK– a few locals on tap like Tradesman and Holy City, but a lot of generics like Shocktop and Bud, too. On a side note, all of the liquor was definitely well priced– despite veering away from the ridiculous carafe deal, I still did not spend a lot considering how much I drank. Atmosphere was fun, but also pleasing for many types of people: I guess that’s the main positive you can say about this place is that it would appeal to many people for many different reasons. Major negative: the weekend brunch lines. Would I wait over an hour for a table here? Probably not! But saddling up to the bar immediately to drink some cheap and yummy morning cocktails– OK, I’m all over that and would do it again!

Not your fancy shmancy Charleston brunch place but if you’re in the mood for something delicious and budget friendly I’d recommend here. I only like grits from two places and triangle is one of them. Their Elvis pancakes are my favorite considering I am a fan of anything with peanut butter. And dollar mimosas. Sounds great but what sounds better is getting your own carafe for 7 dollars! I’ve been here a couple times for dinner I love the salmon and the quinoa salad, Mahi tacos were alright. Everything is healthy and service is fast

Great service. The GM was very helpful and knowledge and actually cared about the customers. Our server Bridgette was great! Food was hot and fast. As soon as we finished the appetizer our order came. Perfect timing. Will def be returning

Basically no vegetarian items… I mean come on… Give us at least a veggie burger or something. Would be a fun place otherwise

Ive been to both the Mt Pleasant and West Ashley locations. If my eyes were closed I couldnt tell you the difference between the 2 locations. Both locations are off the chain. Very unique and creative menu. The service is fast and friendly. Management cares and it shows. Never had anything bad and would recomend trying something new every time and you wont be sorry. Oh yeh they have a healthy menu too.

I’m a fan of BRUNCH here, but not their regular menu, which is home to too many spicy options for me to be able to find something to eat. I ordered the crab cake eggs benedict and it was delicious. Eggs weren’t completely cooked, but I’ve run into this issue almost everywhere I’ve been in the past year. I just ate around the runny white part. We had a party of 7 and service was kinda lacking(I didn’t feel the busyness of the restaurant was THAT busy). The mimosas stayed full, but water didn’t.

I just don’t get what all the hype is about. The food is not good at all, the menu is all over the place, the staff is only decent… I think people come here because it’s the cool thing to do and they have a nice laid-back atmosphere, but avoid it if you’re looking for a good meal.

This is my second time here. They have great burgers. I ordered the grass fed beef. Very lean. Great service and atmosphere. Ok. The best burger in charleston!!!

The first time we visited it was great. Unfortunately further visits have not achieved the same results. I have ordered the veggie burger three separate times and it initially looks like a burger, but then immediately disintegrates to paste on a bun. Maybe I will just give up on this choice. Fun place for drinks.

I’ve been to both, west ashley and Mt Pleasant. What is the big deal? Nice but food is not worth all the lines and waiting that I see. It’s a younger crowd, so maybe the gathering is the big deal. I understand meat has no additives? OK, so? Both places are not that appealing inside. Outside seating is better. Staff is not that friendly. I just don.‘t get it ! Frank G

I grabbed brunch here yesterday with a friend whose husband works in the food industry. It was interesting to get her perspective while we ate as well. I got nachos here as my meal… they have bacon on them, pieces of thick salty yummy bacon. I would order these again in a heartbeat. Yes, I’m probably on a fast track to a heart attack, but we stopped here after a two hour workout and… well, I’m just taking off the nursing home years right? I also ordered one of the $ 7 mimosa carafes. I didn’t expect anything great for $ 7… I’ve been spoiled by the fresh OJ ones at Another Broken Egg downtown. These weren’t bad… So hard to tell when you’ve had fresh juice mimosas though. Cheap champagne… But I mean, it’s honestly what I expected… With plenty to share. The environment is chill, laid back, tv’s around, really very comfortable. The only downside was the service. When I noticed(after our server had already asked what we wanted to drink) there were carafes of what looked to be mimosas around the restaurant, I ask the server if there was a special on mimosas or something… She essentially proceeded to tell me yes there was, but that she hadn’t told us because it was more profitable for her if we ordered other drinks than to order the carafe of mimosas… Really?! Lame. I’d go back for sure because it’s close and the nachos were good and I like the environment, but be ready to fend for yourself finding out the deals that maybe aren’t mentioned or on the menu.

This is a great choice for a casual dinner. It’s really nice to have a more less high end/formal, affordable option in Charleston that still offers some interesting food choices. It’s not gourmet, but it’s fun quirky bar-like food without having to be in an actual bar. The décor is fun, with colored lights strung from the ceiling and service was good. The menu is all over the place, but in a good way. I really appreciated the variety of options and some less standard fare. They have some interesting burgers, some non-burger sandwiches, snacks, salads, tacos and rolls(which are like alternative style egg rolls) — but each category has at least one or two options that you wouldn’t normally find. I really liked that they did some unique things with the tacos and rolls. Our table ordered the southwest black bean rolls and they were great. I got the portobello mushroom taco, which was really good. I tried both the sweet sticks(sweet potato fries with apple butter) and traditional fries and thought both were great. I also thought the apple butter was a great sauce choice for the sweet potato fries. I liked everything I tried. The one downside was that two of our party got burgers and both were significantly over-cooked. This is especially disappointing since the menu specifically states their super awesome grass fed beef is best experienced cooked no more than medium. So both guys ordered medium rare and got their burgers medium well. Otherwise, no complaints! The prices were also really good.
