I hate this store.
Normally I wouldn’t write a review for a place like this, but this place just sucks. They never have anything in stock – their inventory is always incredibly low. Checking out is painstaking, and it’s always incorrect, resulting in multiple transactions. I need to learn my lesson and stop going here on lunch breaks, because I’m never out of there in an hour, even if I know what I’m getting. Today I stood in line to be checked out while I watched an employee go behind the counter and hold some lingerie up to her and ask what the other cashier thought. «Oh hey, just me, standing in line over here.» Then she proceeded to gush over some VS travel coffee mugs that had been sent in as promos. The girl who checked me out forgot to apply my $ 10 coupon, and then couldn’t apply it because the order was done online. Since I was in a hurry, she told me to come back once the item ships to me, with the coupon, and they can refund me. Oh goody, another trip to the store of endless visits!

I’m not sure why every visit here is always 45 minutes. One check out person and 4 – 5 people folding underwear. I return because of location.

The best VS location in Charleston. Isn’t hard because the others are terrible. The staff here are friendly and helpful and they have much more stock than any other VS store in the area. Do yourself a favor and come to this store rather than any other VS In Charleston.

My favorite location to visit. The sales staff knows me by name and are always willing to go out of there way to assist me! I not only Love this store, but the fact that the sales staff is awesome!
