Absolutely TERRIBLE food, especially for a Tuesday night when the place was completely empty at dinner time. There were at least three unidentified objects in our chips which had clearly been in the fryer for weeks. We were given a menu which had the wrong beers on it and when the bucket was delivered they replaced two of our beers with beers we hadn’t ordered. The managers solution to this was to give us a $ 1.50 credit for the beers which they replaced them with which were beers we didn’t want. Manager was rude and made us feel awful for pointing out their error. Unfortunately, this is the worst WW café I’ve ever been to and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. Very disappointed… next time I’ll eat anywhere else.

While on vacation, my family and I thought we would stop in for a quick lunch, as we always do when we are in town, and have the all you can eat wings. We had a large party, and with over half of us having been industry people we understood that large parties are difficult, but this was ridiculous. Our server was very sweet, and honestly seemed to be the only one in the restaurant working hard. We gave the kids’ food order first, hoping it would come out first, and thirty minutes later they were still waiting. Our entrees came out at least 15 minutes before salads, and we saw our entrees sitting in the window for at least twenty minutes before they were brought to us. The kitchen was obviously overwhelmed, but if one large party on a Tuesday afternoon messes them up I can’t even imagine what a Friday night would be like. No manager offered to help our server, who was taking care of at least 6 tables including us. Going out to eat is not only about the food. It’s about the experience, and this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever been a part of. No communication, no organization, no empathy. At the very end of our meal, a manager did come by to refill ONE drink, then said she would be right back but never returned. Again, our server was doing the best she could, but had no help from her coworkers up front rolling silverware, or from the manager. I will never go back to this location, and it’s kind of sad because it is a family vacation tradition to go in and get wings. This place needs new management, front of house and back. My boyfriend manages for a restaurant back home and he was appalled by the lack of presence of the manager in a trying situation, as we all were. I’m giving it two stars only because the food did taste good(not great though) once we finally got it, and our server seemed to have good work ethic. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Good place for bar food and wings. Place gets packed most of the time so sometimes there’s a wait. They have live music on the weekends and you can watch the game. They even do game trivia’s for any big events. Highly recommended for the value and customer service

Great food & great service!!! We stopped in while in Charleston for the day & couldn’t have been happier with our experience. I was pleasantly shocked the prices were so reasonable also. Not one of those fleece the tourists kind of place. We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped for a late evening bite. My wife ordered a southwest salad, but the wrong salad was delivered. Our server promised a quick turn-around, but it took almost a half hour and several inquires before it came out of the kitchen. Even then it did not have the mix of greens listed. The server agreed to remove it from the check. As she presented the check, the manager finally came to the table draping himself all over the server. Very inappropriate! We felt bad that this server had such a JERK for a manager. We ate & left, making sure that the tip was placed into the server’s hand.

The food was good. The service was terrible. There was rat POOP on our sectional. The server forgot to put in the orders for us several time. He didn’t give us any plates to eat our appetizers with, or our main meals. When the wings came out, there were only 3 drums in a 10 wing order, and we specifically asked for drums only when he took our order. He was then rudely told us to take out the 3 drums, but since there was no plates to put them on, we had to use the napkins basket as a «plate» to put the 3 drums. He brought the 7 wings back to the kitchen(for what, he’d have to throw them away I would think). Then he came out telling us there were no drums left. This is a chicken wings restaurant and there are no drums? What were they going to serve for dinner since this was at 4pm. He charged us the wings anyways even tho we only ate the 3 drums… Overall terrible service, the 3 drums we had were good. When we left we realized there was rat poop in the corner or our booth… We would have walked away if we knew that before we sat down. That was very disgusting.

Stopped by fir St. PATRICK’S DAY, had a good waiter and was served ice cold Guinness fast. Ordered some aps and 25 wings, asked for extra crispy, and got burnt oil tasting wings with a foul taste. The live entertainment was good but only played 2 songs and packed up and left. Ordered 2 burgers to go back to hotel and they were not great, came with a thick syrup style sauce. Not impressed with thus location, but the staff was nice and beer good so 2 stars.

A good experience. The service was great. The wings were good. Some were a little small but that would be my only complaint. Great flavors. It was all you can eat wings from 11:30 — 1:30 on weekdays($ 10.99) which included a side salad and fries. That seemed like a great deal. We also had very good buffalo chicken dip and my wife loved her jalapeño burger. We would definitely go back(we are just visiting). Our servers name was Michael. He was great.

The wings are average but the service is pretty good. We got the blue cheese wings and they were very salty. I thought that they were overcooked but the others in my party doesn’t think so. I enjoyed a cider with the wings. If you want average wings, go here.

Multiple flavors and styles on the lung buffet… all you can possibly eat WINGS with side of celery sticks and BlueCheese or Ranch. If you have a fancy for LowCarb, GF and Paleo… and have a 10-spot… go for this one.

We came in at 1:28 and they would not offer us the 10.99 endless wing special that ends at 1:30! Ordered a chicken sandwich that came out 30 minutes later resembling McDonald’s with only a handful of fries. I obviously had to order 6 wings to fill me up, totaling an 20 dollar tab with the tip. Came outside to find out I had to pay 8 dollars in parking. For the price I paid I could have gone to Hanks 5 star seafood right across the street.

Based on some of the reviews we weren’t too sure what to expect coming here but it was great. There was a lil hold up to be seated but no longer than a few minutes. We were served right away and it was buy 10 wings get 10 free on Wednesdays 5−9pm, you can’t beat that. So many flavors to chose from. Ginger is my favorite! We will definitely be back !

Food was good. I got the Wild West wings on recommendation and they had a good flavor. My husband got the lemon pepper and they were just a little spicy which was perfect for him. This place had a ton of sauces for any kind of flavor your in the mood for. The service was great too. I liked they had a mini order of wings bc 6 was the perfect amount.

Okay… delivery is not always perfect… but come on… at least once a week many of us have lunch delivered… we get on quick foxes and try a new place… crossing our fingers for good food…(great would be amazingly welcome, but so far rare) Well this spot was our pick… menu sounded good… drew us in Damn menus… haha… one in 5 was happy… and he will eat anything!!! Bottom line… extremely small portions on suppostly hearty salads… dressings not great… some food cold… common comments let’s find another place… it’s so generic… bland…hand me the Tums…

What can I say other than everything was perfect. We had just walked out of a restaurant a few doors down because we never got served. We were happy to find Wild Wings so close. We were seated right away and food was fast. Food was excellent and the server was even better than that. The wild wings were delicious and the ol’ Smokey sauce very great. I have nothing bad to say. All I can do is rave.

Ok, so I know it’s a chain, but I actually had a really good meal here last night. Lily H and I split an order of 6 wings(honey lime sriracha) and 6 boneless wings(ranchilada), and they were delicious. I was surprised by how much I liked the honey lime sriracha sauce because I don’t typically like sriracha, but it was tangy and spicy and sweet all at the same time. The boneless wings were nice and crispy and the ranchilada sauce was yummy even though it didn’t really taste like I expected it to taste(I really thought it was going to be… ranchier? idk). We also split an order of the Steel Town Spuds with tater tots. They were good, but a little dry. I would’ve liked a little more ranch drizzled on there, but I made do. We decided that we hadn’t had enough fried food, so we also split the Super Snacker Sampler, which came with chips, mozz sticks, their delicious«hot shots» sausage and cheese fritters, buffalo chicken rolls, and loaded potato skins. It was enough food for 3 people. My favorites were the hot shots and the buffalo chicken rolls because they were the most unique things on the plate. The loaded potato skins were a bit dry, but omg, they were huge. Anyway, if you’re on the market and craving wings and typical bar food, I’d definitely recommend Wild Wing.

I didn’t get the wings — and I am a total wings girl. BUT was in burger mode — and the«happy hour» special just happened to be 50% off build your own burger — YES — that’s a good thing. I built a burger with blue cheese — nothing fancy but asked to make it extra blue chees-ie. She brought out a side and charged me for a side. That’s chees-ie! Really? I hate that — I was a server and you don’t have to do that… or at least tell me. It’s only 75 cents but still — communicate. Don’t just act like«sure, that’s cool.» The burger was ok — not juicy and the blue cheese wasn’t very blue. So, its a good place to get out of the heat and eat. I bet the wings are better — they had like 34 or more sauces! Kids menu is pretty extensive with options and reasonably priced(under $ 5) which includes a drink.

Nice place. Really cool laid-back atmosphere. The waiter was also friendly. I tried their Bubba’s BBQ flavored wings and thought they were very good. I also tried their Drunken Shrimp appetizer, and didn’t like it much. Next time I come here, I’ll remember to just get wings.

Surprisingly fun time despite my chain-snob attitude coming in. Great sliders(sloppy joe’s and pulled pork), and amazing live music by headliner of the night Darry miller & The Veil. Although I’m pretty sure all the waitresses running around were at most 15(good or bad thing depending on how you see it.).
