Spoke with the Charlestown location on the phone and was really disappointed with their customer service. I did not end up being in my car for work due to their inability to give a straight answer on timing, whether a consultation was free, and their gruff customer service in general. With so many places to get car repairs done, why bother with a location that doesn’t value your patronage?

Had a really good experience with Danilchuk auto. Called them on a Monday to do some headlight work on my 2003 Mazda 6 (lights are ridiculously complicated and driver side replacement generally requires a mechanic as the front bumper has to come off). They picked up the car on Tuesday morning, dropped me off at work and brought the car back to my office later in the day with the work complete. The price was very fair and the overall convenience and service was great. Will definitely go back if/​when the need arises. Really convenient for anyone in the Medford, Malden, Charlestown area.
