Such a great value for what you get. The staff was great and the bed was comfortable. I loved having our own little porch. Will definitely stay there again.

Mount Pleasant, MI
Building exterior has been remodeled and looks great. Staff is top notch. An incredible value for the area. Close to local restaurants and attractions. Next time I come up North in the winter I’m staying here. Reasonably close to Boyne and Petoskey but WAY less expensive for the winter months.
Totally worth the drive.
We came up on a fall color tour and are very appreciative to have found this hidden gem!

Stayed at Pointes North in Feb of this year for a long weekend. Stayed in unit 205 this time, unit was very nice. Staff was great and very helpful. Location is great, and rooms are very nice.
Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to spend time in Charlevoix.

I just stayed at the Pointes North Inn room #204 my family and I loved it. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, clean and friendly staff. Luxury Condo’s makes our stay much more comfortable than any hotel. We could walk downtown or the to the beach. Our friends stayed in room #202 it is also very nice.

Simpsonville, SC
We showed up to a room that was extremely messy and dirty. It had mystery hairs on the floor, the bathrooms had dirty toilets and the carpet full of stains.
My wife went down to the front desk to voice our displeasure, but they said there was nothing they could do (no staff).
The next morning we asked the front desk to make sure that housekeeping came in to clean the room. We returned to find the beds made, but all else in the same shape as we left it.
I do not recommend this hotel.

This is an interesting, and almost difficult, hotel to review. It’s not your standard hotel, but rather a group of condos that different people individually own and then rent out. They’re all managed by Pointes North, so the rooms are cleaned and turned on a regular basis, but very few rooms look similar as the owners model them how they like.
The one bedrooms are nice and all that I saw appeared to have a jacuzzi and flat panel TV (unfortunately not in HD though). The two bedrooms are pricer, but very cool. Much like a loft feel, the second bedroom is upstairs but has an open wall facing the widows.
The staff was great, the price is great, and the location to downtown Charlevoix makes it the place to stay when you head to the top of the Big Mitten.
