John and his staff are as good as it gets! They are about so much more than just the containment of your dog. They genuinely care about the well-​being of our pets and understand that they are a part of our family, not «just a pet». They personally love animals and know that we want our beloved pets to have care that’s just as wonderful as they want for their own. They are professional, caring, and experts at what they do! Everyone, including the technicians, trainers (Drew is amazing and gives new definition to the term dog trainer!), office staff, and management did their part to assure the safety of our dog when she is in the yard. After an unfortunate experience that caused our sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to be fearful of the backyard, John and Drew knew exactly how to re-​acclimate her to her «kingdom» so she could enjoy her time outside once again. Our experience simply could not have been better and I recommend this company without hesitation! It’s so much more than a fence!
