Staff has been exceptionally friendly, but we have had too many issues with this «newly renovated» apt. Everything from an unsafe balcony railing, to a toilet not affixed to the floor to a leaking garbage disposal and plumbing.

Lived here last year. DONT MOVE HERE. Bugs everywhere and to treat for bugs they make you take everything out of your kitchen cabinets and stuff. No other place I’ve lived has ever required that inconvenience. Office staff is TERRIBLE and it took 4 times going in after i moved in to get my rent rate corrected. When I moved out they charged me $ 700 for carpet replacement! There was NOTHING wrong w the carpet at all. They will squeeze money out of you regardless when you move out even if nothing is wrong. I’ve never been charged in my life after moving out of somewhere. GHETTO. I could go on and on but just don’t move in here!
