Southgate Apartments

I live here and before the new company took over I loved living here. Free basic cable, reasonable prices, and everyone was friendly. That took a completely 360 when southgate took over. They hired a bunch of thuggish look people to cut down the trees and do various tasks around the apartment and decided to let them temporarily reside next to my apartment. They would stare at me and would yell outside all hours of the night and even after complaining the issues still occurred. I grit my teeth and bared it. Moving is always a hassle and I didn’t want to deal with moving. Well recently the final nail in the coffin has been placed. They decided to quit paying cable and even though they claim they gave notice I received nothing. Instead while calling the cable provider to add service I was made aware of the changes and when I called the apartment I was spoke to by an extremely rude woman who talked to me like I was insignificant and also told nothing would be placed since the cable was removed. The cable is $ 80 a month. I feel if nothing else that should be taken off my rent but they aren’t even doing that. Don’t move here. The management is horrible and it’s clear they don’t care about the safety of their tenants just their wallets. As soon as I find someone
else I’m out.
