Dr. Smith is wonderful and thorough. She took a great deal of time with me to explain the various optics of contact lenses and how these variances can impact my vision. Her technician was friendly, professional and did not push anything on me. Regardless, I felt that I received a thorough eye exam and walked away with valuable knowledge about my vision. She will definitely become our family optometrist.

I called on my day off and not only did they get me in within 20 minutes. Dr. Smith was wonderful and helpful. The sales associates did not bully you or push you into a decision. They asked what you need and respect your answers rather than trying to make extra sales. I will definitely be returning.

I have went here back in 2010. Everything seem so expensive back then that I decided to go elsewhere for awhile. Well I learn my lesson. I called today to make the same day appt. I spoke to Laura. Boy was she sweet. I made the appt for exam for both contacts and glasses. She told me it will range anywhere from $ 120 to $ 150 for both and asked if it was ok. I thought it’s funny so I replied with, «I didn’t know we can negotiate???» We both laugh. She asked if I have insurance. I stated I’m not sure if it covers vision. She stated she will find out and call me back. Ok. Done deal. She called me back to confirm. Yes I can use my insurance for some discount and can use my car insurance also for 20% off either one.
Dr. Smith was very sweet when I arrived for my exam. I didn’t realized so much stuffs goes into getting an exam for contacts. And she took the time to dumb it down and explained to me. I appreciated that.
All and all. I realized this is a place I trust. Yes I’m overloaded with info but I have a better understanding on why I should keep going back. Can’t wait for my glasses and contacts to come in. And with all the discounts and my red card savings. I paid $ 15 for my exam. And about $ 450 for a year supply contacts and a new pair of Oakley glasses with the top of the line lenses. Cool beans!
