The drive thru lady working Sat morning(Oct 31, 2015) literally called me a «dick» over the intercom because I forgot to say«large coffee» when upsizing and had to correct myself before i confirmed the order. She also used other random expletives while she was making the correction. Granted I was laughing my A$$ off listening to this with my wife, senior citizen aunt, and cousin as were they. It was certainly a memorable experience and one I look forward to sharing in the future. This is a standard McDonalds, the food was fine, coffee fine, it is what it is. I only felt compelled to review because I’ve never been cursed at for correcting my order. It was kinda funny though.

Despite McDonald’s being readily available in New Zealand, I still had to try it while in the U.S. Got the double cheeseburger meal Up-sized. Nothing special. Just bigger and just classic McDonald’s tasting. Pretty much identical menu– maybe the only slight difference was that they had McFlurry’s but otherwise, not missing out much! Easy to find in Barracks, handy bus stops very close by also. [Reliving my semester abroad at the University of Virginia]

When I was in grad school… On a Sunday. At the drive-thru the woman on the speaker box couldn’t hear exactly how many McNuggets we wanted. When we pulled up to pay, the first and only thing this black woman said to our car full of Vietnamese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Filipino students was, «I don’t speak Chinese.» And holds out her hand for the money.

All McDonald’s are pretty much the same. I’ll always love the Big Mac and McChicken Sandwich. Breakfast is always great here. Chicken biscuit is to die for. I like this one because they put fresh flowers on each table. This is a nice touch. The one bad thing about this place is they charge for sauce packets. Can you believe that?
