This place is a MUST if you are nearby. Good prices for some awesomely tasty food. The hot dogs are so fancy with all the fixings! Located in a beautiful yellow shopping center, Otto’s sports a fun, modern look, creating the perfect ambiance. I recommend the Buffalo Dog. And the BLT dog. In fact, I dare you to eat only one. Plus, the milkshakes are thick full of real Hershey’s ice cream! The staff is friendly and will make it perfect to your order!

Always a favorite stop! Hamburger with slaw and onions ! Very over cooked ! Did have great flavor in the meat ! Fries hot and well season! Still enjoyed the meal. $ 10 and change! Tea is awesome ! Not labeled though from sweet and unsweetened ! Not a big deal! Liked it !

There aren’t any fast food joints in this area and I was in need of a quick bite. When you order it takes a while for the food to come out but that’s because it’s made to order. The prices are great and the food is tasty! I ended up being glad there wasn’t a fast food place nearby because I got healthier and freshly made food for the same price as a fast food restaurant. I was in the area two days in a row and ate there both days. Tuesdays they have beef tacos for $ 1.00. The shells are fried but not heavy or greasy and definitely hit the spot. I’ll visit Otto’s anytime I’m in the area from now on!

Great little burger joint! I’d give them 5 stars if they just had beer. Simple, tasty, uncomplicated burgers! They also have hot dogs and other items that I have yet to try. They do Taco Tuesdays but ran out last week before we could try them which was disappointing. If their tacos are half as good as their burgers then I’m a happy woman!

Check in on Unilocal before you order and you get a 10% off your order coupon! Very nice for a quick bite! I had the veggie Panini. It was so good it reminded me of a mushroom pizza. The portobello mushroom was amazing and the cheese was stringy and the sandwich came out hot and toasty.

Otto’s is a locally owned restaurant located in a strip mall across from the Harris Teeter grocery store on 250 West serving burgers, hotdogs, wraps and sandwiches, wings, smoothies & shakes and ice cream. There are tables inside & outside. On this visit I ordered the steak & cheese 6 in sub with chips. It was O.K. Food C staff B décor C Location C Health Inspection Grade no violations

I am not a big burger fan so I can’t vouch for the burgers, but taco Tuesdays and their turkey Reuben are fantastic. My dad thinks that the hot dogs are the best he has ever had and once dropped by for dinner(almost without even calling me) on their way home from a friend’s house. I live about a 5 minute walk away and my dad almost 2 and a half hours. I definitely recommend. even over the cheaper hot dogs at Mountainside in the same complex. Mountainside doesn’t keep their work area clean. Just walk behind their restaurant and see for yourself. It was attracting raccoons for a little while there, but I no E theyve at least cleaned up enough for that. Anyway, I highly recommend Otto’s paninis and tacos!

Otto’s has been under new management for the last few months — the owner, Kathy, is awesome. She’s got a fun sense of humor and really cares about her customers, she wants to make the place the best it can be! Plus the other staff is fun as well. The vibe is nice, inviting to children and all ages(there’s no alcohol, so that’s a plus!). The milkshakes are yummy and I would totally recommend to everyone! The burgers are a nice size, the fries are crunchy and delicious, and the hotdogs are tasty with clever names. Two words: Taco Tuesdays. $ 1 tacos. You don’t just have to be a high school student to enjoy.

Otto’s opened just before I left Charlottesville for Northern Virginia. Didn’t try it then but now that I’m back in the area I decided to give it a rip. Should have used my discretionary calories elsewhere. French fries are crisp but very institutional and lack any flavor. Burger is big but the only discernible taste was of plastic as if the meat had picked up the taste of the plastic basket it was presented in or the buns sat too long in the plastic delivery bag. While the staff is friendly and the place good size and comfortable the quality of the food was a real deal breaker for me. I still believe Five Guys rules the burger roost and, unfortunately, Otto’s has done nothing to dethrone them.
