My Husband and I visited the location on Broad Street around 6:30pm. We ordered a #3 which is the 5 cheese krystals and chili cheese fries combo. We ordered an extra drink as well. The cashier didn’t repeat our order at all, the screen hasn’t worked in months so we were told the total and to pull around to the window. We sat there waiting while two women worked on the register. We were not greeted at all. Once one of the women came to the window, she just told us the total again and took our credit card. We waited about 4 mins and without a word she opened the window and pushed the food out to us. When we looked at it the entire order was wrong. They gave us 3 chicks and plain fries. We waited again for her to come back and when she opened the window she said«what?»… Okay, rude! We let that go(again) and told her the order was wrong and we ordered a #3! She sighed, took the bag back through the window. A minute later a guy came around and asked if we could pull around while they«make fresh fries». My Husband said no because whenever we do that(at this location) they drag their feet and we wind up having to go in and retrieve our food. So we sat there. A couple more mins passed and the woman returned and(once again) pushed a bag out the window and closed it… Well, the order was AGAINWRONG! They gave us 3 krystals without cheese. At this point we are both extremely frustrated! Same woman came back again and again we had to tell her it was WRONG! She took the bag and rolled her eyes. The guy from before came back and asked if we could pull around. ONLY because there was a vehicle behind us did we do it. We sat in the parking lot for a couple more mins when a man brought out the food. It was finally correct. Not one apology from any employee about any off the issues. NOTONE! We were treated poorly, given an attitude, the employees were not knowledgeable about your menu and it took nearly 15 mins to get the correct order oh and the«fresh fries» that we waited for, half of them were burnt! We have have multiple issues with this location in the past and we’ve complained to the store manager who apparently doesn’t care. We won’t be coming back anymore. Tonight was simply too much! An apology would have made all the difference but from now on when we make our weekly trip to the area we will give our money to Wendy’s since they’re only 1 minute away. You all truly need to get a new store manager and new employees because I know there’s no way we’re the only one’s that have encountered the poor quality of service at this location and I’m positive you’ve lost more loyal consumers than us.

We ate here after going to Point Park on Lookout Mountain. We had never been to a Krystal before so we didn’t know what to expect. They have little sandwiches like those at White Castle. Our food was tasty, the people here were friendly, and the restaurant seemed new and clean. They also have free wifi.
