Best pizza. My grandson loves to eat here and so every time we come to Chattanooga we eat here. We have been to the one downtown and also the one in Ooltewah. The service and food are great at both places.

Lupi’s pizza topping selections are incredible! Wheat and gluten free options are available, too. The beer selection is extensive.

Service here seems better than most sit-down places. Top-notch wood fired pizza with an enjoyable atmosphere. This place has it all!

Well had to be in Chatty today for doctor appointment, so after it was all said and done we went to Luipi’s Pizza Pie to grab a slice. Since I had my mouth surgery and teeth removed due to some issues, I have found eating out to be a challange. We went to Luipi’s because living in Nashville, we don’t get to get here often. so Tony grabbed a slice of pepperoni and a Stripe Jamaican beer for lunch and I went with the bread loaf with side of oil and cracked pepper and side of marinara sauce. and a soda less than $ 12 total with taxes and tip. We shared both. I used the oil and cracked pepper to soften the bread and the crust of the pizza. Tony and I shared the slice and the sauce was good on the pizza and on the size. The food was wonderful. I can’t wait until I can eat normally again. Definitely will go here again and again. !!!

Coming from NY and understanding what great pizza is, I’m leaving impressed. Food: We ordered a traditional crust pepperoni and banana pepper pizza with red sauce. My lady loved the sweetness to the sauce and the perfectly cooked crust. We also ordered a garden salad with honey mustard dressing. The honey mustard was insanely good and you could taste the quality! The beer menu is impressive in size and quality of craft beers offered. Atmosphere: Laid back. Walk up to order your pizza before taking a seat. Decorated similarly to a mellow mushroom, but with their own charming twist. Very clean. Service: Everyone seemed friendly and helpful.

Loved the feel of the place. Ordering was easy and the gal behind the counter made it very simple. Pizza was good, but not great, esp. for the price. Tried the«Supreme + Italian sausage» and another, I forget the name, that was all the meats. Flavors seemed a bit muted, but the crust was really good. Star was lost for the person working the floor(delivering plates, pies, etc). She could not have seemed more miserable. Trying to talk to her, even saying«thank you» each time she came to our table, was met with a blank face and no verbal reply. Odd. I would come back, but might try a few other places in town forst.

Very good pizza but a little pricey! If you are in the downtown area and want a thin crust pizza this is it. I found the pizza somewhat greasy but it did have pepperoni and cheese on it. Typically I would go to Mellow Mushroom. Their pizza is a thick crust it is good too, but pricey. If you want a laid back, no table service pizza this will fit.

In town for Ironman Chattanooga and found this place while walking around. Easily top pizza place I have ever eaten at! TJ and his staff in the downtown Chattanooga location are the best!

Local spa employee recommended this place for lunch. Didn’t disappoint. Really friendly staff and I liked that you can order just one slice any way you like. I got the Lilian(pesto feta pepperoni) and small salad. Very good, would definitely come again

After a day spent at the TN aquarium we walked here and thus sure hit the spot! We had a pepperoni pizza and a bread loaf. Both came out screaming hot! The bread loaf is a nice fresh bread circular loaf with a garlic olive oil dipping sauce. We enjoyed the fresh homemade food. The place is decorated uniquely. Give this place a try if you are in the area!!!

Awesome thin crust pizza. Definitely glad we came here. Its only five minute walk from the aquarium and well worth it. They sell personalized pizza by the slice which was so nice because a 12 inch is just too much

We walked in at 12:15pm on this Saturday and had no wait. There were a few booths with people eating at them and the feeling was casual but lively. The cashier seemed to be in training but she was very sweet and knowledgable about the company. We ordered a very fresh caprese salad, two house salads with flavorful ranch dressing and the freshest tomatoes I can ever rembering eating. The 16″ pizza we chose was the Margaretta pizza with bacon added. It is great they let the customers custom pick the toppings. We also ordered a calzone to share with our 5 teenage girls. The food was perfect for them to share and everyone loved it. Fresh, hot, flavorful and made me feel like the flavors of my travel in Italy. The décor is edgie and fun like Chattanooga which makes it the perfect local restaurant!

Strengths: Great location off Broad Street. Walking distance of most downtown attractions. Friendly staff. Beer selection Opportunities: Can be loud. No table service.(You get own refills etc. not a deal breaker) Summary: What local pizza that taste great? This is your place.

We were downtown for the symphony concert and the fireworks display. I like pizza but I don’t eat it often. For some reason, I was totally craving pizza on this day and after a long day of not eating, it was all I could think about. We walked to this location from across the river and the walk was so easy! Anyway, the pizza we got was really good. I used the BBQ sauce as a base and it gave the pizza a little kick. They charge like 1.90 per topping but they stop after 4 toppings(even if you get more). It’s a little pricey imho but I’d read all the reviews and was very excited to try it. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere is fun and the pizza came out piping hot and gooey and perfect.

I was in downtown Chattanooga, passing through and in need of something to eat. Since I was in the mood for pizza, I dropped into this place.. . Immediately, as you walk through the door, your senses will be assaulted by a very mellow mushroom-esque atmosphere, but press on, because the food within is amazing! I had two slices of pepperoni pizza, which were delightfully crispy on the bottom, as a thin crust pizza should be. My girlfriend partook of the calzone, with crumbled bacon. All in all, a great restaurant. Excellent selection for toppings, many different ordering options, and a large beer selection, from the looks of it. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because of the slightly Mellow mushroom feel(which isn’t unpleasant, just not quite original) and the lackluster selection of fountain drinks and poor sweet tea. But I’d come back without a second thought!

This place is right up my alley — Fresh, local ingredients — Cool, healthy toppings in addition to traditional ones(e.g., herbed chicken, avocado, broccoli, feta…) — Delicious! — Gluten-free crust available This would definitely be my go-to pizza spot if I lived in Chattanooga!

Ambience amazing! Quaint little pizza place in downtown Chattanooga. People were very nice pretty much like every establishment in Chattanooga. Came in ordered good came out pretty fast! The fresh mozzarella appetizer is great has olive oil and herbed vinaigrette served with fresh bread! All I can say is awesome.

We are in Chattanooga visiting friends and Lupi’s was their recommended local pizza joint. We picked it up because they don’t deliver. The restaurant atmosphere was dark and small, but had a good vibe going. The pizza was better than ok, but not great. When we looked at the menu I expected to see some delicious pizza concoctions but there weren’t any. You have to build your own from their list of ingredients. I didn’t completely mind, but I ended up building them to reflect other pizzas at other places I like. They should come up with some of their own, people need help with stuff like that sometimes. The ingredients were fresh, but because it’s located downtown, parking was a bit tough and we ended up getting the pizza a bit later because we showed up later to pick it up. May not recommend on a weekend.
